I used her for about 4 years and I used her every other week. She might even be with Angie's List because I got her through an on line service. Pricing...it's hard to say because I didn't really compare pricing. I didn't have a problem with the pricing so give it an A.

The housecleaner was wonderful, but we had some scheduling issues.

Cleaning every other week. Dusting, sweep, mop, clean kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, tables, counters, etc. First cleaner started well, then kind of fizzled. When we talked with Linda, the owner, she immediately addressed the situation, and provided us with a different person. New person is fantastic, could not be happier. Great value for the price.

The third lady has been wonderful!!! She is neat, does a beautiful job of cleaning, and is friendly and courteous.

Our first cleaner started out great, but over time started missing things and not doing all she should. When we let Linda know she remedied the situation immediately by giving us a new cleaner, and providing some complimentary service time to get things back where they should be. Our new cleaner is doing a fantastic job, and we couldn't be happier. Linda is great with not trying to oversell you on time or services you don't need. An honest, fair businesswoman.

At first I thought the lady that was sent out was doing a pretty good job. After a few months I saw that the Lady was not getting down on her hands and knees to mop the floors anymore, which is something I had requested before I ever had them out. I was never happy with the cleaning in the bathroom. I called and spoke to Linda, but the lady never got it right. That's when I decided to end the services. The next time I cleaned I saw she had broken the hand off of one of my Seraphim Angel Figurines (worth about $50) and hadn't said a word. My angels are on a built in cabinet on the top shelf and a tall person would have to use a stool, so I know it had to be her. She also thru the piece out, so I couldn't try glue it back on. Needless to say I was very upset.

This is an excellent company and I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for housekeeping. Linda called me immediately after receiving my request and was anxious to ensure that she fully understood what I was looking for. She assured me that the same person would come each time so that I would be comfortable with the person and so that they could get to know what I was looking for. Everything is very professional and the quality is very high. Linda called after the first visit to be sure I was happy. My husband and I both work long hours and it's nice to have a reliable schedule and to not have to think about when or if the housekeeper is going to come. It's like clockwork and she does a beautiful job. We highly recommend the company.

Not only did she do a great job cleaning but she was enthusiastic, kind, and I felt like I could really trust her. My estimate was a little bit over what it will normally take to clean my condo. It will be 2 hours/ $44.00. I think this is extremely reasonable and am looking forward to continue to use Details by Linda.

Details by Linda uses subcontractors. She arrived early. Got right to work. Followed my requests. Was pleasant. Gave recommendations as to what style of cleaning or products worked well. Went outside for a break for few minutes (I am guessing it was to smoke). Dusting could have been better (baseboards and nooks and crannies still had dust). After the first session, Linda called to say that the contractor could not come back because she thought that I did not like her work and that she also had child care challenges. I told Linda that this was not true . Later, Linda informed me that contractor was willing to come back. After the 2nd cleaning, Linda called again to say that again there were childcare challenges and that she could not come back. Linda offered someone else to come, but it was not on a day that fit with my schedule. I have not had any further cleanings through Details by Linda, but would be willing to try her again if they could better match my schedule.

My first cleaning was today, and so far, everything has been great. Casey arrived 15 minutes early. We did a quick walk through of the house, and I discussed my expectations with her. Casey started cleaning while I went back to work in my family room. I answered a few questions for Casey while she was here about where items were located and/or my expectations, and she executed flawlessly. Casey also took direction well about anything that needed to be done on the spot or needed to be done differently! Casey is top notch!! Every room looks and smells great, which is what I expect when I arrive home. Our bathroom looks great, which is one of the biggest problem areas in our home, and the measure by which I judge my cleaning services. Our last cleaning service did not pay enough attention to small details, and especially neglected our bathroom, but so far, Details by Linda and Casey are doing an excellent job in all areas. Linda called this afternoon to check on how the cleaning went, and her interest in my experience shows that she cares about her customers. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Linda and Casey!!

Linda uses contractors to clean the houses of her customers. The lady that cleaned our house used a vacuum on the laminate floor in our home and scratched in irreparably. There were multiple scratch patterns throughout the floor that matched the vacuum rollers perfectly. Linda acknowledged the error, specifically that her contractor should not be using a vacuum on a laminate floor, and stated that she would make it right. She then turned it over to her insurance company. The insurance company denied the claim because our floor was not brand new and had some existing scratches, despite the fact that the new marks were larger and more prominent then any other floor damage. Linda refused to communicate with us any further once her insurance denied the claim and she found out what her out of pocket cost would be to repair or replace the floor. It speaks volumes that Linda hides behind her insurance company and woman she contracted with to clean our home. Linda refused to come look at it. The representative from the company that installed the flooring (Central Carpet in Beavercreek) had no problem seeing the damage.

I called the cleaning service and was given a rather lengthy and detail introduction to the service and what was included. My first cleaning was scheduled within a week. I received a follow up call after my first cleaning to find out how things went. I was encouraged to provide specific feedback to my cleaner to ensure the work was done to my satsifaction.

I am satisfied with my experience with Details by Linda. They do very good work. I am a clean person but very busy. They help me keep up with my home. The price is a little more than I wanted to spend but they do a good job. I am generally not home when they come to clean. I have never had any issues with that. They call me when they are finished cleaning. I will continue to use them biweekly.

Linda called right away after my initial contact and was very thorough in explaining the service and price. She sent Donna to our house and she comes every 2 weeks. We had moved into our home a few months earlier and it needed a thorough cleaning--baseboards, fans, fixtures, grout, floors, cabinets. I made a list for Donna and she just ran with it. She cleans the basics and then goes to work on some tougher projects. Even with four dogs in the house Donna can get everything done. I can really tell a difference. Donna is very personable and she goes to work right away and is very professional. Thanks!!! I have a clean house!

I have been using their services for about five years now. They do an excellent job. I had a problem with them at first and had to go through three of their cleaning ladies. The first lady came in one time and cleaned the house and then she quit the company. The second one lasted about two months and she too quit. I called Linda and told her that we will try one more, and the third lady has been doing our house ever since. She has been doing a very good job.
