Keith has done the floors (new wood and tile) in 2 different homes in Clintonville and the floor of my business. His price for all the different projects has always been very competitive. As a small business owner I can really appreciate the attention to detail and respect Keith and his crew have shown to me, my family and coworkers. Keith's a great guy and runs a great business. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for flooring needs again.

Fabulously. We presented a bit of a problem project for Keith and his crew and they did a top notch job with the installation. Background: We found a great deal on vinyl plank flooring at Costco and purchased a ton of it. We've worked with Keith before and LOVE that he makes his money installing floors, not marking up flooring materials. I also provided "all" the transition materials - which turned out to be the wrong ones :) To top everything off, my associate and I miscommunicated once we agreed to go ahead with Keith's bid: she thought I called and scheduled the installation and I thought she had done it. SO here we were, about the time we thought the installation would be happening with NO installation arrangements...and tenants returning to the building in just a couple of weeks. Panic time. Keith was amazing, as always. He found a couple of his guys who were willing to work overtime to handle our vacant property - which included a couple of late days and a Sunday. We were so blessed that they were able to crank this job out...and they did a beautiful job. Once the carpet was removed, we discovered some of the old floor filler was cracking up and had to be removed and the floor re-leveled in some areas. Even though they were short on time they didn't shortcut the installation. We have a natural stone fireplace peninsula that sticks into the living room at about a 30' angle. The guys had to freehand cut the flooring material to fit around the rough hewn stone without the benefit of a transition piece which would normally cover the edges. It looks absolutely terrific. Bottom line: The room looks great. The site was left immaculate. No one yelled at me when I got all the wrong transition pieces (even though my providing it was part of the deal) - the guys went out and got the right stuff...and the job was still finished when they said it would be done. (Yes, I did pay for the transition pieces they purchased). We highly, highly, highly recommend Keith Wenther and his crew.

Just had this 2 man craftsmen install > 1000 sq ft of oak hardwood floors in our home. Every day they arrived early and worked like a well oiled machine. First, they removed laminate flooring and carpet and made sure the subflooring was ready for the wood installation. They cleaned up as they worked and subsequently, kept the dust to a minimum. The entire job was completed in four days. Highest recommendation for a job extremely well done. This was not the first time we had wood floors installed but it certainly was our best experience.

Keith Wenthur did an outstanding job installing wood floor in a relative's kitchen. I supervised the project while they were at work and it was a flawless process. Keith is a perfectionist in every way. He was extremely careful about moving appliances, there was minimal damage to baseboards (just a couple of knicks to touch up) and clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Keith for any project!

Keith sets the stage for contractors. He was very responsive, polite, personable, well-spoken, and an excellent craftsman. He worked with me to think through the job, discussed issue resolution patiently, was very patient with my questions. He arrived promptly, worked diligently, cleaned up thoroughly every day. In my opinion, his pricing is fair for the high-quality, detailed work he provides...and in the long run a very good value. I would recommend Keith to anyone who is looking for high-quality tile work and a positive contractor experience.

Keith is very professional. He responded quickly with a quote and once we decided to do the floor, he scheduled us and met his commitment for installation. He did the job exactly as we wanted. We had Keith install flooring in our master bath and wood flooring in our bedroom a couple of years ago . He did such a great job that we called him for the current bath flooring.

Keith was great! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He met with us to discuss what flooring options would work best for our house. A member of the family has a heavy wheelchair so we were very worried about durability. He recommended (and we purchased) a floor that is beautiful, durable, and easy to care for. Keith worked around our schedule. He was very neat - especially for the mess that is involved with tearing out a stone floor that was improperly installed. Keith fixed multiple issues with our floor. He completed the job on time and on budget. His price was very reasonable compared to other installers. Keith's work is high quality. The floor and quality installation enriches the finished look of our kitchen. When people walk in the back door, they always comment on how beautiful our floor looks. Keith Wenthur did an amazing job removing our old laminate backsplash and installing a beautiful glass backsplash in our kitchen. He was very professional, flexible, helpful, courteous, and clean. He completed the job on time and on budget. I highly recommend Wenthur Flooring. We are planning on using him for our bathroom remodel.

The most economical fix for our leaky shower was to gut the shower and start anew. Upon the recommendation of a tile distributor and after review of his website, I contacted Keith Wenthur of Wenthur Flooring for an estimate. Keith arrived early for the estimate appointment (and for all subsequent meetings and the work itself). He reviewed the worksite, and because errant water was a major concern for us, suggested a custom made, one piece cultured marble shower pan. Additionally, Keith would use the Schluter Shower System and spent considerable time explaining its advantages over conventional methods . While more expensive, this cutting edge German system would minimize potential water issues as would the marble shower pan. Keith was the only installer who provided this attractive combination. Keith arrived early each work day, and diligently and meticulously prepared the work site and installed the tile. Pride and artistic flair was evident. The tile pattern is beautifully centered on all three walls, and the corner shelves are at just the right height. But more important was the job itself. When the shower door installer measured, he said the job was "plum" and one of the best jobs he had seen. The walls and floors were level; any deviation was less than 1/16 of an inch. Daily clean up was immaculate. Keith did an impeccable job! The job was not without administrative issues. Responsiveness was inconsistent. At times, emails were answered within minutes; other times, a week or more went by and reminders sent prior to receiving a response. Scheduling also went askew. Due to problems with the job immediately before ours, Keith asked for a week's extension promising to spend full time and attention on our job. However, full time and attention was not meant to be. Keith would spend only a few hours each day working on our job before leaving for another. Needless to say, the job took longer than the estimated four - five days. If Keith had finished in the promised time frame, payment would not have been an issue; someone would have been around to pay him. After he finished, Keith contacted us four times in three days for payment. During the intervening four days, heavy work demands, including our of state travel, and a serious medical emergency intervened. When advised, Keith informed us he takes credit cards. Not the right answer! In short, we were not afforded the same understanding and courtesies we had extended Keith for scheduling and responsiveness. In summary, the job itself is excellent. A tight, beautifully designed shower stall, meticulously crafted. However, the administrative matters were disappointing and unexpected. ,

This is the flooring company you want. Highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Very professional. Matched existing tile and hardwood perfectly, including the grout. Meticulous, which is good in a flooring company. Kept me involved as work progressed. Left no mess. I could leave home without concern while they were here.

Keith and Mark were prompt, professional, friendly, helpful, honest, clean and the job was expertly done. Cost was reasonable. This was the 3rd time I've had them do work for me and would definately have them back!

Keith Wenthur, the owner of Wenthur Flooring is absolutely fabulous. He showed up on time, he did superb work and cleaned up after himself. The floor looks gorgeous. It turns out there was old water damage around an exterior door so the subfloor had to be hardened and then leveled - which Keith did without extra charge. Anticipating the mess, my daughter, her husband and three children left town for the entire installation (4 days)...and asked Mom (me) and Dad to monitor the work being done. We stopped in several times and the work area was always tidy and progressing smoothly. Both my daughter and her husband and my husband and I would hire Keith for a future project without reservation. They did truly craftsman-like work.

I would highly recommend him. He was here when he said he would be here. He did what he said he was going to do. He always washed the place and cleaned it when he was done with his work. He did an excellent work. His price was slightly high, but still it was well worth the amount I paid. He did a phenomenal job. He was very punctual and very professional. I would absolutely use his service in the future if I do any flooring.
