Description of Work: I saw the Simply Clean carpet cleaning co. and decided after many delays due to med issues to finall get my carpets clean. They happened to be having a special which made the decision. For 3 rooms it took only an hour, and it seemed they were in a hurry, just went ovr quick, get out. I noticed today while vacuuming, as you women know your carpet, as you clean and vacuum all the time and notice where the bad spots are: well, my carpet smells better for sure, having a dog, lol. but, its just not clean, and women you know what I mean. So spending the money, fine, but, could have gone over again to get stains out better than they did. Nice people, but, it was a helper, not owner who did them, . My opinion, was it was just ok, wont do again. You get what you pay for is true.

+ -1 moreThe employees did OK, I think however equipment quality is lacking. I did not see or hear any steam coming out probably because they had to use cold water. I usually use Stanley Steemer so I will have to call them to acutally get it clean.

+ -1 moreWell. They had stated they would call between noon and 2pm to tell us when they would arrive. They called around 1:45pm and showed up around 2:20pm. After that everything was good. He did a quick walk through to see what he was cleaning, and asked us if there were any trouble spots.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for our home. This included a living room/dining room area, stairs and a hallway, and 3 bedrooms.

+ -1 moreThe did a nice job, but the area that I felt most concerned about I felt like they didn't, they saved it for last and by then I did not feel the did a good job as I would like. It was reasonable priced. I thought they did the basic and it was kind of average.

We had moved all of our things out of the way so they could work and it turned out to be a major inconvenience when they never came. I would never try to use them again or recommend them to anyone. They just lost a potentially good customer!
Description of Work: They did absolutely nothing---they never showed up! They gave me a 2 hour window where they were supposed to be here. They never called or anything for an explanation why they couldn't come.
