+ -1 moreThis company did a fantastic job at responding to our call. Our central air conditioner was installed 15 yrs ago by this company and has worked flawlessly until this incident. We installed the wrong size filter allowing all the dust, etc to bypass the filter and go directly onto our coil causing it to freeze up. Drew Skillman, the owner, answered my frantic call at 7:45 am and was at our home by 9:30 am checking out our unit. He did a fantastic job to get our a/c back in running order including installing a new programable thermostat that we have long needed. Customer service like this is a thing of the past. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They even called me back this evening to check on how it was operating! Wow! Why can't more companies be like Pickaway Mechanical Systems?
Description of Work: Cleaned our evaporator coil on our A/C. Checked operating pressures, checked Temp drop, installed programmable termostat and added refrigerant.
