BugLady Pest Control

She does everything that she says she will do. If there is a change she will call ahead of time. I had mice and she has taken care of that. She sprayed my backyard for mosquitoes and I haven't been bitten yet. I can trust her in my house. I can't say enough good things about her.

The Bug Lady is professional, caring, effective, punctual. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would definitely recommend her for anyone.

We LOVE the bug lady. We had first met Regina when she was with Orkin. She was our bug lady for several years. Then, about 3 years ago, I was told she was no longer with the company. We had several others technicians come and treat our house, but they just did not get the results we had seen in the past. I had seen her at the grocery store and had considered approaching her, but worried she would think I was weird. Well after our spider problem got so bad (and we had never discontinued service), I decided to try the number she had given me years ago (she always did and continues to make herself accessible). Well, last fall, she started treating our house again, and our spider problem is now gone. I cannot say enough good things about Regina. She is trustworthy. She is punctual. She is kind, professional, and courteous. It is not just my opinion, I have talked to friends and we were discussing how much we loved our pest control person, just to find out we had the same lady.
