Ron and his crew at starr concrete did an excellent job. They came one day, broke up the concrete in our driveway, and poured the next day. I am delighted, if you are allowed to use that term with something as utilitarian as a driveway. Starr did a fabulous, one-day job replacing my driveway. The craftsmanship was great, they kept me up-to-date as the project progressed, and they cleaned up afterwards. The price was below all of the other local bids I got, from both alleged professionals and individuals. Indeed, while two bidders couldn't be troubled to get back to me, Starr got back with a bid immediately. We've wanted to do this for years, and they certainly did a great job!

They were detail-oriented and careful, completed the driveway replacement in less time than originally stated, and planned for uncertainty in weather (rain) well. Good follow up on how to ensure that driveway quality stays good. Everyone on the project team was good.

I was very impressed from my first contact with Ron thru completion of the job. Very skilled and efficient team. Arrived exactly as promised, removed old asphalt, prepared the base, laid rebar, poured and finished driveway. Looks really great. Finished, cleaned up and were done by about noon. The driveway and one section of walkway was about 550 sq. feet. My daughter commented that these were the friendliest constructions workers she had ever dealt with. She had worked with three other home contractors for various tile and carpet jobs over this past year. I am happy that I found Ron of Starr Concrete for this job and do highly recommend them. I live in the Seattle are and this was for my daughter's home in Loveland Ohio.

Loves the job done by Starr Concrete. They dug up our old blacktop and replaced it with beautiful concrete. They were prompt, courteous, and remarkably efficient. They finished the job in 2 days, and our driveway is big! Ron and his guys are true craftsmen. They were meticulous, and they cleaned everything up afterward. We couldn t be more pleased! I had to be patient for scheduling due to the virus and social distancing. After that, the crew was very efficient in getting my driveway torn out and replaced the same day.

On the day of installation, he and Doug made sure of the proper slopes to keep any water away from my house.
