Can't say enough good things about Dan and his team, Shane and Dave. These guys showed up when they said, did a meticulous job, drop clothed everything, were overall a pleasure to have in my home. Dan personally repaired cracks in our ceiling using a bonding method, and it looks AMAZING. We will definitely use them for any other paint projects, and tell others about their service.

Dan’s team completed painting the interior of our garage. They were on time, professional, and precise. We were afraid whoever we hired would view the job as “it’s just a garage”, slap two coats of paint on the walls and call it a day. That wasn’t the case with Xpert Painting. My husband is very particular and was impressed by the cut in along the ceiling. We are happy with results. We will call Dan when we’re ready to paint the interior of our home.

May 15, 2020 Highly recommend! A great price for excellent work painting all wood trim, doors, gutters, downspouts, and shutters. A reputable, insured / bonded, A+ BBB, dependable, and professional with the right equipment (multiple ladders, tarps, PPE, and even a profession spray job for garage doors). Called and received a DETAILED quote within 1 business day. Painters were experienced (10+ years), not temp workers. Kind, courteous, and took the extra steps and "went the extra mile" to "delight" us as a customer. No wonder they are busy as a lot of their success is due to referrals from satisfied customers. Unbelievable; and would select in a heart beat. What they did; 1. Pressure washed first. 2. Thorough prep (scrap, sand, wood fill, sand, caulk, then caulk, then let it dry. 3. Set up ladders and laid down tarps 4. Meticulous painting to make the finish to "look as good as new". 5. Complete clean up. Big job, but they knocked it out in 3 consecutive days. Thank you Dan Anderson! So, if you house hasn't been painted in ten years, or is new and more than 3 ears old, I suggest you call 513-200-0300 and ask Dan for a quote! Job was extremely efficient and professional. I was highly impressed.

We received a few painting estimates from local firms that were recommended to us. We picked Dan not so much because bid was reasonable (it was in keeping with the other estimates) but because we appreciated his attention to detail when we walked through the house with him. He didn't have a fancy brochure of flyers about his company, but came across as someone who takes pride in what he does. We liked him instantly and also appreciated his willingness to scale back the project or edit out certain areas from the original estimate if we were uncomfortable with the overall price. He personally oversaw all the work - and was on site doing a lot of the painting alongside his crew on all days. After having tried to schedule some other contractors since, it is important to say that Dan and his crew were never late. They started when they said they would and finished when they estimated they would. They left the house super tidy. They made very few mistakes (missed a few spots, etc. - but it was big project!) and also did some extra areas that had not be originally discussed (patching a large hole in the wall, extra coats of paint, etc.). For the few areas they missed Dan promptly returned to finish the work and we know we will have him back again for some touch ups after the floors have been redone.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. Dan Anderson gave us a reasonable quote and his crew was friendly, prompt and made sure the rooms were clean every night. They were thorough and detailed with the job and we will definitely hire them for future interior and exterior painting needs.

I used this company in the past to paint the interior of my home. I re-hired them the second time and they painted my hallway the wrong color (after I specifically told them what color I wanted). The owner had the audacity to refuse to change the color, unless we split the cost of the labor. I was completely shocked and disappointed. He told me "I don't work for free." He had gotten over $6000 worth of money from me in the past. I would never use them again!!! I was very disappointed with his behavior.

Painted my entire downstairs, including crown molding, walls, baseboards and door frames, They arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up after themselves.

From the start, Dan was responsive in his emails and on the phone; his professionalism led me to use Xpert Custom Painting even thought they were just very slightly higher than other quotes. Was I glad I did. His painters took more time prepping the walls - cutting in, removing switch plates, patching nail holes and imperfections - than it actually took to do the painting. The guys were meticulous in protecting the ivory carpet in the room. I was so pleased with the work I had them back to do two more rooms. Again, the same level of professionalism. Dan's attention to detail really got me. I requested a particular paint number and paint name - turns out #7565 is Oyster Bar but I listed it as 7565 Oyster WHITE. Dan caught the discrepancy and called to verify exactly what I wanted, averting any problems. That blew my mind!

I've put my house on the market, and I needed some interior painting to freshen up some rooms and trim and complete exterior painting to eliminate the areas where paint had chipped and peeled. Dan's team did a fantastic job, and my house looks so great! Dan always kept me informed on when the crew would be there (working around the weather), and they always promptly started at 8 am. They thoroughly cleaned up each day and neatly stacked their materials. They even came on a Friday afternoon and moved ladders stored on my patio to another spot on the lot so the photographers could take unrestricted views of the patio area. I think the work really helps with the house's curb appeal and lightens up some dark rooms inside. I wish I'd had Dan come a few years ago to do the interior painting so I could enjoy it longer. Dan will definitely be on my first call list when I get my new home!

Dan was very professional. Came out and gave a quote for the job. Got me in ahead of schedule. The hallways look great. I would use them again.

They did a neat job. Cleaned up after themselves very day. However, they painted one room the wrong color, even after I went over in detail the colors I wanted in each room. They had the audacity to blame me for it and charge me to fix it. The owner told me that, "he doesn't work for free." For that reason alone, I will never use their services again!! They have done other jobs for me and made a lot of money off me. It's just basic customer service.

Included in the price was one hour with a decorator to help with choosing the correct color for our house (which was extremely helpful). Jim and his crew did a fantastic job of painting and completed everything in 3 days. The crew was great to work with and wanted to make sure we were happy with the paint job. We are very, very happy with Xpert and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of painting work. The outside of our house looks fantastic! Dan and his team started right on the time table he promised to, and his team was quite professional and did a nice job. There were no surprises, and he appeared quite eager to please. He answers customer emails and questions in an impressively prompt fashion. We would use his company's services again. The were not the lowest bidder, but we were glad we selected his company as they were very forthright and honest.

We had a great experience with Dan and his crew. They arrived on the scheduled day as they said they would and got right to work. They were courteous and respectful of my home. The quality of the work is excellent. Dan was flexible as a few things changed as the week that they spent at my home progressed. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend.

Our experience with them was excellent and we would recommend them highly. It was great high quality work and they were always on time. The cleanup was excellent. They weren't the cheapest out there but they were competitively priced. It was some of the best work we've ever had done. They were very professional. We have thought about having them come back and do more work. They did a lot of work and the price was somewhere around $2,000. We would absolutely use them again.

The painters arrived on time and were very courteous. I was disappointed with the quantity and quality of the end product. This is an excerpt form the email I sent to Dan Anderson, the provider after completion of the job: "To give you an overview: The small wall on which the bathroom door sits has wall paint on the floor board instead of trim paint. The wall areas beneath the cabinets are not completely painted; the original paint is there. There is a light coating of wall paint on the top of a section of the white floor board. There is an area around the window that is white when everything else is painted teal. The ceiling around one side of the exhaust fan (which was removed for painting) no longer has the same finish/pattern as the rest of the ceiling and looks like paint was blobbed on, possibly to hide damages as there is now a crack in the ceiling on the other side of the fan. The bottom corners of the bathroom door are dark as they simply were not painted. There is a dig on both the corner of the bedroom wall & on the floorboard that is very obvious and should have been fixed. The frame of my full length mirror which was removed & remounted on the inside of my bedroom door is now cracked." After I sent this email to Dan, he asked me to call him which I did. He stated that he could not afford to get a bad rating on Angie's list and even though this was costing him money he would come back and address the issues. He stated his painters said the crack in the ceiling was already there and they tried to fix it the best they could. Maybe it was; but I think I would have noticed it before since I spent so much time looking at the yellowed exhaust fan & debating what to do about it. With respect to the cracked frame on my mirror, Dan stated there was nothing he could do about that. We agreed his team would return and fix the problems. The more I thought about the conversation with Dan, his attitude and his tone, I decided I didn't want his team back in my home and spent the entire next day correcting the painting issues myself to the best of my ability. I am not experienced in painting, but the outcome was significantly better than the previous sloppy work. When I emailed Dan to let him know I would not need his team to return, I included photos of some of the problems. His emailed response: " I was scheduled to fix the problems. I do understand. I will create a better team in the future. Hope all and all that the paint job is what you wanted." I then began my cleanup and discovered a chip out of my bathroom vanity. I discovered it by feeling the dip in the edge of the backsplash as it was not readily visible due to the removal of the main light. (I was having an electrician install a new light the following week.) It was not there prior to the painting being done and my guess was this was a result of the crash I heard when the painters were in my home. I was the only other person in the house. When I let Dan know about this, his comment was "This now is something that is not caused by my business!" Bottom line, this company was not respectful of my property. They were sloppy, they caused damage, and they did not own up to it. I chose them because they were an A rated provider on Angie's List, but based on my personal experience, I would never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They cost me more than I saved by purchasing the big deal.

They did an excellent job. Were very professional. It took about 8 hours for them to paint all three spots. They were much on time. Three guys came out to do the job. Had been thinking about doing some painting and they saw the promotion and decided with it. Would recommend company to neighbor and friends.

They did a great job. They were professional and easy to work with. They have a nice group of painters and they do a very good quality work.

Pros: The painters themselves were very professional and tidy with the work. They understood what I was going for and delivered great work. It is an older house with some "interesting character" flaws. They worked well with them and it looks great. Cons: The owner was a bit pushy to schedule a time. We had some repair work to get done first and I needed time, when I did get a solid date the owner did work with me to get scheduled. The crew was an hour late because of mapping issues, which means i was pretty late in getting to work. Overall: The Pros really outweigh the cons for sure with this company. If you do want a great job done, these are the folks to go with.
