Wrap It Postal

This review is for their Eastgate location on Bells Lane (not sure if the 5 mile location is same management). We rented a mail box and within a month's time they had rent the mail box out to another person. Of course by then we had business records, cards and information registered with that address. The people working there were completely unresponsive. We talked to the manger who worked a compromise by give us a larger mail box (new address) for the same price, but we still had to re-register and re-print material. After 6 months when it came time to renew our mail box, they wanted to charge us for the larger size even though it was agreed that we could pay for the smaller box because of their initial screw up. Again we tried to work this out with their service person but only got a blank look when we explained it. So at this point we are feed up and recommend that you advoid this place if at all possible.

My online estimate was much lower for UPS before I got there at Wrap It Postal (that uses UPS too) Just used them to save a few minutes. It got shipped but only because I was tired of messing with it. UPS quoted me later on phone when I called to double check .................50% less. And UPS would deliver it in Half the time for their UPS store. Will not use Wrap It Postal again. ........................................AUDIT WHAT YOU ARE SPENDING AS UPS IS 2-3 minutes away from this co. Fed X even closer. Really UNHAPPY CUSTOMER They also don't even list their hrs. on their website for Wrap It Postal. Phone doesn't ring in there if busy I found out later too! Parcel Post® Mon, Mar 26 $21.24 delivery. ..................Wrap Postal quoted me $41 or over double the actual!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really pretty steamed; I don't mind them making a profit but double the price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Less value added!

We chose Wrap It Postal from Angie's List, based on distance from us, and favorable ratings. The store looked like a typical UPS subcontractor's business, clean, but nothing special. The operator was quite young, but seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He described just what needed to be done, quoted a price, and assured us it would be ready in time for the evening pickup. We didn't bother to track the shipment; but the recipient called us a few days later to let us know that the package had arrived, with the contents in good, undamaged condition. We have paid much more for shipping pictures, from more impressive looking facilities. We were very pleased with the price and the work.

It SEEMINGLY went well. Equip. worked nicely and fax receipt is on original sheet to show it was sent ok. Packages sent WERE THOUGHT AT THE TIME TO BE DECENT option price wise too. Offers a SEEMINGLY at that time cost effective 5 pack Cincy gift (chili, sauce and red sauce) set for friends that need quick gift selected. TURNS OUT WHEN ONE CALLS UPS OR US POSTAL SERVICE DIRECT YOU ARE GETTING A "COMPARISON " OF 3 VENDORS BY WRAP IT POSTAL .............................................BUT THE MARK UP IS ASTRONOMICAL!. 3/20/12 Would not use again.
