+ -1 moreIn all of my experiences with him, he has been very professional and he has done the work on time as promised and has even finished earlier. He is a small, independent company and his prices are very competitive.
Description of Work: Wood Doctor stripped and painted several rooms in preparation for selling the house.

+ 3 moreAll this was complete in under 3 weeks. I could not be more satisfied. Mark and his workers were professional, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up every night, so there was never a big mess in the basement. We were in a time crunch and Mark beat the time restraints by several weeks. Again, I could not be happier and would recommend Mark to anyone.
Description of Work: Basement was remodeled for use as home offices and game room. The work started with an estimate. I asked for multiple particular items to be spelled out in the contract. Mark had no hesitation and complied with all my requests. The work included demo of existing paneling and ceiling, 2X4 stud walls with insulation and vapor barrier, wiring (electric, phone, cable, and Ethernet), drywall, priming of the drywall, installation of 3 doors, handrail, and sealing the basement wall inside an electrical cabinet. Mark was amenable to several small changes and also made some great suggestions.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM FOR THE LAST MONTH ABOUT THE TIMER, SINCE THE POOL IS NOW OPEN AND USING A LOT OF ELECTRICITY. I ALSO JUST PUT BULBS IN THE LIGHTS THIS WEEK, AND THE LIGHTS DON'T WORK. ANOTHER LIGHT THAT HE INSTALLED LAST YEAR ALSO DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. I NEVER TRIED THE LIGHTS WHEN INITIALLY INSTALLED BECAUSE I WANTED TO BUY BUG LIGHTS, AND IT NEVER CROSSED MY MIND THAT THE FIXTURES WOULDN'T WORK. I HAVE CALLED HIM AGAIN, AT LEAST 2 OR 3 MORE TIMES TO TELL HIM OF THIS PROBLEM, AND I RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK.
Description of Work: HE HARDWIRED 3 STREET LAMPS NEXT TO OUR POOL AREA AND ALSO PUT A LIGHT IN THE PLAYHOUSE AND THE EXTERIOR OF THE PLAYHOUSE NEXT TO THE POOL. HE WAS TO RETURN TO PUT A TIMER ON THE POOL PUMP ONCE THE PART CAME IN. HE ESTIMATED IN A FEW WEEKS. THAT WAS BACK IN MARCH SOMETIME.
