THE GUYS FROM WIRTZ FLOORING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! THEY DID HAVE SOME PLACES WHERE WE NEEDED THEM TO REDO THINGS WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH BUT NEVER ARGUED ABOUT. THEY SIMPLY FIXED THE DEFECTS WE POINTED OUT. IT TOOK LONGER THAN WE EXPECTED DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH RECEIVING THE REMAINING SHIPMENT OF PREFINISHED FLOORING AS WELL AS SOME CUSTOM SPECIAL ORDER FACE NAILED BOARDS FOR A BEDROOM. BUT OVERALL THEY WERE REALLY GREAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REMOVED CARPETING ON 3RD FLOOR OF HOME AND ON STAIRCASE BETWEEN 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS. INSTALLED PREFINISHED OAK FLOORS ON OUR 3RD FLOOR. REFINISHED THE TREADS ON THE STAIRS AND THE LANDING. PATCHED AND REPLACED FACE NAILED WOOD FLOORS ON SECOND AND FIRST FLOORS.

REASONABLY PRICED AND GOOD BASIC INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING CARPET AND FLOORING, AND REPLACE WITH NEW OAK HARDWOOD FLOORS IN KITCHEN, POWDER ROOM, FAMILY ROOM AND HALLWAY.
