Description of Work: Performed the inspection per the purchased deal. But a day later the system was making a new noise I had not heard before. I called back to schedule a return visit to address and they ended up charging me full hourly rate to address issue they created with the initial inspection.

Description of Work: They cleaned and serviced my air conditioning unit. Their inspection found a capacitor that was going bad, so I had them replace it before it went out. That cost $120.00. I'm not sure if that was a good price by itself, but since they were already here, we saved on a future service call. So if we had waited for the capacitor to go out, the repair would have been over $200.00.

Description of Work: Tech showed up about an hour early! Was very nice and professional. I did think calibration of thermostat was part of the deal but I could be wrong. He did not stay to hear a certain bumping noise from AC unit. I was glad I had the work that was done as I have an older unit. Would consider using them in the future.
