I called Windows Direct and they sent someone out. He said I needed a new window and showed me the damaged siding. He put in a new window and repaired the damaged siding. The people were very nice. They did a beautiful job and did not leave a mess like the other guy. I was glad I called them.

Because the windows were custom-made, the time for manufacture of the windows was fairly long--about 2 months. We had to reschedule the installation twice, at no fault of our own or of Windows Direct, but rather because of weather. The interior trim of the bay window is unfinished white oak, and Chris Carey (President of the company) was concerned that exposure to any moisture could permanently mark the wood. On the day of installation--which turned out to be a Sunday--the team, led by Chris arrived on time and immediately began to set up and to remove the old windows--35-year-old aluminum original windows installed by the builder. Overall, it took about 6 hours for the complete removal and installation of the two windows--in large measure due to the weight and complexity of installation of the bay and garden designs. Chris and his team were exceptionally friendly and professional all throughout the installation process. Upon completion of the installation, they were quite thorough in attending to the finishing touches and to the site cleanup. We are very pleased with the final result. We have several additional double-hung windows that we will be replacing later this year, and we plan to hire Windows Direct to do the work.

Windows Direct gave me the best price and took care of everything. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. They are totally reliable, scheduled and kept every appointment as planned, and kept me informed of the delivery and installation schedule. I am totally satisfied with the product and service.

Frank the salesman helped us find doors that met our criteria & needs. The installers were punctual, courteous & diligent about keeping the area clean. When they found more damage than they were expecting they called another installer to help complete the install. Customer Service followed up with us & was very courteous as well. Great experience. We will be calling them again for our next project.

It went great! After shopping around for several months, I called Chris. He came out the following day and gave me an estimate. He beat everyone's price and even offered financing which I took advantage of. I did visit the showroom before I made my final decision because there are several good choices and the staff there was very helpful. The installation was hassle free. The crew arrived on time, took out the 100 year old windows and installed the new ones. They were pleasant, on task, quick and cleaned up all of the mess. They really worked hard! I had put this task off for several years worried about the nightmare and expense it was going to be. I appreciated their service and will only use this company when I need windows, which I will soon.

First, got the measurement and estimated price on the windows. The representative was very knowledgeable , answered all our question, and we could even negotiate the price (we got estimates from different companies). It was done in August and we were told that our windows will arrive in the first week of November. Surprisingly , we got call from Windows Direct in the end of September that our windows are in and ready to install!!! Second, the installation crew called ahead of time when they will arrive and the happiness started. We were surprised how neat and fast they were working. The team of three was excellent, everyone had own task but looked like it was one continuing process! It' s always nice to have experienced people working in your home and we got lucky, one of them has a 30 year experience !!! That's why we trust this company! The installation of the patio door and three windows ( the Windows are 47x46) took about 3 hours. They took out all old windows, patio door, cleaned working area and the rooms looked the same except the new Windows brought extra brightness and new look!!! We are very satisfied with Windows Direct and recommending to everyone!

Had to instruct the installers to do finishing touches on ouside trim which they did a good job . The installers damaged one window seal when installing a large window. When we reported the damage the company quickly replaced it and did a good .job. management Very responsive to our concerns.

Never got past the very inept receptionist. She was confused, did not take my full address, was stuck on not understanding the windows to be replaced (two 96 x 76 large casement aluminum windows). I gave up. Sheesh.

We have been very satisfied with the experience from Windows Direct. The owner, Chris, was very engaged in the entire process from presenting window options to following-up during and after installation. The installers were courteous and went out of their way to provide clean and quality work. Our house is 21 years old and had original, aluminum windows. They were awesome! From the sales call to installation everyone was professional and courteous. We got many estimates but Windows Direct stuck out to us. No pressure but they stayed in touch to answer any additional questions. The team of installers were great. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They did a great job!

The owner came to our house to meet with us and was very honest and upfront about their service. We did not feel any sales pressure at all. Their prices and financing options are the best that we found. We ordered the windows that day and they came in 3 weeks later. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job. We could only afford to replace the windows on our first level, but will definitely use Windows Direct when we're ready to replace the windows on the second level.

I was very happy with Windows direct. Thier bid was about $300 lower than the nearest competetor; while this initially made me a bit skeptical (usually if something is way cheaper than things that seem comperable, there is a reason) but thier professionallism and willingness to talk through everything and aswere all my questions fully won me over-and rightfully so. Their represetitives and workers were always punctual, and the job was completed promptly and fully. The only minor thing not completed was a little bit of caulking on one of the windows-but the workman called me at work about it before he left, saying that he had run out of time, and offering to come back the next day to finish it up. I told him not to worry about it, that I could take care of it. When I went over to check things out, it was just as he had said, and he even left me a fresh tube of caulk, which I appreciated.

Install went great. Window came in earlier than expected. The cost was quite high, but I was happy with the service. They even caulked the molding when they were finished. I have had windows done in two other houses by another company, after which I had to do a lot of fixing and cleanup afterwards, but Windows Direct did all of that for me.

If I owned the company I'd give the installers a bonus!!!!!!!!! On time, polite, knowlegable and very professional. (As was the salesman who provided the original estimate.) I have listed on my computer all the people who do work for me that I can't manage now at my age of 78. Grass cutters, snow removal, odd jobs, tree trimmers, roofers, gutter installers and now, WINDOWS DIRECT. I wish I had called them for a gutter estimate along with the others I called before getting new gutters.

First contact was made with Windows Direct last fall. Because this was an unusual installation (in a Florida Room attached to a camper), it took some work to find just the right window. Long after I had given up being able to get new windows, Chris called to say he had continued to research the situation and thought he had a solution. I loved his idea and we made arrangements for installation to begin in the Spring after my seasonal home was open. One thing that always drives me crazy is a lack of communication. This is definitely not the case with Windows Direct. I can call or text or email and will always get a prompt response. When coming to the house, I get a call telling me they are on their way and when to expect them. Then, there is a follow up call to insure all is well. You will not have to worry about getting in touch with them! The windows and doors that were installed were quality and the price was reasonable. The installation team were extremely polite, professional, and punctual, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. It was obvious they had a great deal of experience and knew what they were doing. I have absolutely no complaints. I now have a beautiful Florida Room with tilt-in windows that are easily cleaned. I'm loving it!

I met the owner, Chris Carey, on March 25th, 2015. Chris gave his demo, which wasn't long and drawn but very informative and then presented me with a very fair price. I knew what I wanted to spend and what I could afford to spend and his price was right there. I gave Chris the down payment and he told me he would be in touch after the windows arrived and we would then schedule an install date. Chris told me it typically takes 2-3 weeks for the windows to be built and he called me two weeks later and I had the windows installed 2 weeks later. The installers were on time and courtesy and didn't leave a mess. Chris called me during the install to make sure everything was going well and he called again later that night to see how I liked the windows. The whole experience was great and I definitely recommend, at the very least, giving Windows Direct a chance to earn your business.

Chris was very response. He came out to my house the same day that I called and requested a quote! The quality of the windows is "builder grade", about what you would get in a new Drees or Fisher Homes house. Ended up costing me about half what I paid for the same quality of windows from Home Depot. The installers where very courteous and friendly. They did a great job and didn't leave a speck of dirt or debris behind either day they were there. The windows look fantastic - I get a lot of comments from the neighbors on them. My house is actually a 100-year-old former church and I take the renovation of it very seriously. I can not say enough good things about Windows Direct except that you'd be crazy to hire anyone else!

The President of Windows Direct,2 Chris Carey, came to assess the sliding glass patio and to provide an estimate for replacement. He patiently answered all my questions, measured carefully and determined cost. Due to holiday interruption, I scheduled replacement for a month later. A reminder call for the installation appointment was made prior to service. The techniciians/installers called when they were on their way. Chris called during the installation to make sure all was going well. The installers were very protective of walls and wood floor; they paid attention to details (exact measurement, clean, precise caulking, and removing all materials, scraps, and equipment when finished); they were professional and polite. Warranties for parts and labor from the glass company and Windows Direct and a Certificate of Completion were issued. I definitely recommend Windows Direct !

They did a really good job. The workers showed up on time and were really nice. The price was really good and I like the windows.
