Description of Work: Replaced entire house of windows. Chris was always quick to respond to inquiries. Replaced 12 giant sliding windows. Best value compared to everybody else, and we literally had window companies giving us estimates for 2 months before deciding on Windows Direct.

Description of Work: They installed a sliding glass patio door last December for about $1,300.00. I would give them an EXCELLENT rating and plan on using this company again. Everyone from the installers to the president/CEO were polite, efficient and tuned in to the customer. The president, Chris, called during the installation to make sure I was satisfied with the work and to ask if I had any questions.

Excellent. I cant wait to see the difference in my utility bills not only this winter, but also in the summer too. There is already such a huge difference, I haven't had to have a space heater running in the bedroom all night long. I also cant wait to be able to open the windows in the summer without having bugs fly in because now I have screens. There was a slight amount of touchup to do, but I knew that would be the case with the age of the old windows. I own a construction and remodeling company and have used this provider before. They have very good quality at a great price. The owner even came buy to check on the progress and quality of the work. I would use this company in the future and I have recommended them to friends, neighbors, and other contractors.
Description of Work: Provider came out to my home and went over the options and costs. Also took measurements to insure a proper fit. My house is 120 years old and had the original wood windows. I ordered 9 new double hung vinyl windows. The Installation crew arrived a few weeks later and was very professional. They even moved and covered furniture and cleaned up afterwards.

They are absolutely fabulous. The owner came out a couple of times and even came during the installation. Installers were fabulous. They were working on my windows all day. The windows are now perfect after the installers were done. I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace their windows. They went above and beyond for me.
