I am sad to say that after using this contractor for years his crew and the owner were rude. The fancy pella windows with the grids inside seem to overwhelm them. The crew was not prepared for what to expect. When I sent the crew packing the owner was also rude and refused to send a professional crew or come himself. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

They were on time, did a terrific job for a very reasonable price. Will have them again.

One person showed up and did an excellent job, plus gave me some hints on doing them myself. Also mentioned a discount if I have again/or on a regular basis.

The service man rang the doorbell at exactly the appointment time. He identified himself, removed his shoes and asked if there were any special instructions. When I offered to show him around, he said he remembered the house from a previous visit! (I was impressed.) He went straight to work quietly. and quickly He returned drapes and blinds to their prior positions, leaving no trace he had been in a room except sparkling clear windows! When he came to the room where my husband was working, he politely asked if he could disturb him. He retrieved his own ladder to clean the transom window over our front door. He was finished in 2 1/2 hours (we have a LOT of windows!) I wrote him a check, and he was gone. He was so polite and professional. And our windows look great! I highly recommend them.

My experience with them was great. The cost was reasonable and they were very efficient. They were overall excellent! We would certainly use them again.

They do a fantastic job. They nice thing about them is that I trust them and I can go to work and not worry about them at all there.

They're excellent. They're very professional. They wear booties inside your home. They clean across the windows properly and put things back. They're quick and thorough.

I have been using them for years. I have an old house with 38 windows and glass doors. They do a great job and I trust them enough to leave them at my home.

It went great and scheduling was perfect. They were about a week out and all the workers were punctual and professional. They were the same price as a different company was the year before.

Most of the windows needed to be reached by ladder when we first moved in. They did a phenomenal job. The first time they got everything perfectly clean and he was here about ten hours the first time. I refer them to everyone I know.

I would hire them again in a "New York Minute." Their promptness and being here when they said they would be stood out. They were accommodating and we had no issues with the quality of the work. I remember being surprised that they price was not more.

They did a good job. The big window especially looks very good. Scheduling was straight-forward and they were on-time and price was reasonable. They also cleaned up very well after themselves.

Danny came out at the appointed time to give us an estimate. He a very pleasant and friendly man. Some of the exteriors of our upstairs windows had not been cleaned since we have lived here - 14 years. It had also been several years since the chandelier had been cleaned. My wife was throwing a bridal shower, and Danny told us to give him a few days notice, prior to the date we wanted to have him come. We did, and Adam came at the prescribed time and date. Adam is also a very pleasant, professional, and accommodating person. He did a great job. Our windows have never looked this clean, and the chandelier looks new. Full disclosure: one of the windows was cracked when Adam was drying it. He said he didn't apply any more pressure on that pane, than on any of the others. I believe him, and think there must have been a flaw or weakness in the glass. Danny made arrangements to have the window replaced at his expense, and the glazier has already come to measure the window. We were very happy with Window Butler, and we will use them in the future.

Excellent! Initial call for estimate was returned immediately. Within days estimate was received and work completed. Never thought the things cleaned could look so new! Will definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to a friend looking for a window cleaner

Undependable. Can't seem to manage his schedule or honor his commitments. You have to CALL to "remind him" that he is supposed to clean your windows!

They worked quickly and efficiently and the final product was very well done. The exterior of my house looks incredible. The concrete looks like it was poured yesterday and the windows are spotless. I highly recommend this company for window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning or deck cleaning/staining.

They do wonderful work and I could not be happier.

This is the second time I've used this company. Price did not change since last year (excludes tax). Window Butler sent a person within two days of when I called, did the job, and removed any waste and debris so that nothing was visible. It's hard to check their work because it's high enough to be hazardous (my reason for calling them in the first place. Only problem this time was, I asked them to wash the skylight that is about 6 feet in from the edge of the roof, above the master bath. They came on a rainy day, so left on their receipt a note that they were not able to wash this skylight. Given that it has mildew from several years of weather and age, this was something I really wanted done.

Work done on schedule and the windows sparkled.

It went excellent. They did a good job. The owner is very personable and business like. They were timely with the window cleaning. They were able to do the work in the time they told me.

The company did very well. Were prompt and efficient with a job well done. The price was very fair and we will definitely not wait so long between window cleans again. We have found someone we like and love the windows so clean.
