We used this company for our homes and real estate business for 20+ years. The loss of one key staff plummeted this business’ service and professionalism. After dealing with their delays and errors, we had to hire a reputable electrician to correct their many errors. We found junctions with no boxes, exposed wires, and other fire hazards in the new wiring they did. They didn’t stay on task, gossiped about other clients’ personal details, walked on our glass stovetop and repeatedly failed to show up. They redid finished wiring and wandered around to do non-listed work, rather than do requested work. We’ve had great contractors during our many years of real estate work and this firm was once one of them—-not any more. Check any work they’ve done beyond short, simple tasks.

It was one of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had. It turned in a more than two year long nightmare and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

LEFT A MESSAGE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS ON 09/03. RETURNED CALL MADE TO ME PM 09/07, WITH APOLOGY THAT THE ''OFFICE LADY'' ''FOUND'' MY MESSAGE AROUND AND WASN'T SURE IF CONTACT HAD BEEN MADE OR NOT. I HAVE LEARNED TO LISTEN TO RED FLAGS FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOT SETTLE FOR CONTRACTORS, JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK.

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY FROM INITIAL MEETING TO THE FINAL INSPECTION. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED, THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WILL NOT CONSIDER USING ANYONE ELSE!
