Description of Work: Mole trapping. Came out 3 times, no moles. Maybe moles moved on. They checked when they said they would. They will remove traps on next visit, moles or no moles. If moles reappear, they said they would come out at no additional charge.

Description of Work: I heard a critter in attic. I paid Angie list and they called with in a day. The came to house checked roof, found that a piece of trim off and set a trap on roof. Within a day they trapped a flying squirrel, they came out reset trap, and we still using service.

Description of Work: They trapped the groundhog under the porch and 2 raccoons in the carport. They also patched the roof in the carport. They were timely and professional and got the job done.

Description of Work: I called Wildlife Removal Services on a Wednesday morning, leaving a voice mail. The manager called me back quickly, and we set up an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time, and after consulting about the job, he set up two traps. One of the traps captured a ground hog in just a few hours. The tech returned the next morning to remove the animal and reset the traps. The next morning, there were two raccoons in the trap. I called, and the tech came back to remove the animals. At that point, we determined that the objective was accomplished. We have seen no more animals since then.

Description of Work: Extremely pleased with their responsiveness! Just moved into new home that had been vacant. Noticed a terrible odor in one of the rooms and immediately knew there was something decaying. I was able to call Wildlife and they were able to show up same day within a couple hours. Kudos to Ben! He was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the attic and removed a dead squirrel. Thanks so much!!

Description of Work: Wouldn't come out - be specific about your service. Too far to travel, put it on your web site. Too many customers, might want to take this service off your web page.

Description of Work: Set traps outside on porch roof to get rid of squirrels in the attic which made very little sense to me. Would not give me an answer or a price to close up the hole where they were getting in. Got a roofer to close up the soffet.

Description of Work: Ben showed up on time to install animal traps on my roof. He explained what he was going to do and then went on to set up the traps and did an attic inspection. When I called about a caught animal, Jay would promptly respond and Ben would be out the next day to retrieve and reset the traps.

Description of Work: We contacted this provider via their website rather than using the Angie's List link, based on other customers' reviews. We got a timely response to our description of the problem and were told the cost. We then attempted to schedule a service call, but the email was not acknowledged. We sent another email. This was forwarded to the person who actually makes the service call, but again we got no response. At this point we contacted another provider, who came out the same day.

Description of Work: Cleaned out a couple of bird's nests over my patio. He also cleaned up the big mess that the birds has created on my patio. I was most grateful. I definitely would use this service again, if needed.

Description of Work: They trapped two adult raccoons and extracted babies from a nest under the eaves of our house. |It took 2 nights to trap the adults. They had all the right tools to extract the babies from the nest that was several feet inside the space above our vaulted ceiling. They handled the animals with care even though they would be euthanized according to law.

Description of Work: We suspected we had a raccoon in our attic. Wildlife Removal Services performed an inspection and confirmed we had a raccoon in the attic but they felt the raccoon was no longer present and traps didn't need to be set. We appreciated that they didn't charge us for unnecessary services; however, we were disappointed that they didn't remove the raccoon droppings that they found in the attic.

Description of Work: Caught two squirrels in humane traps and relocated them. Repaired and closed opening to attic. They were very professional. Responded quickly when we called. Would definitely use them again.
