Widmer's Cleaners - Carpet Cleaners

Corey (sp?) was superior. He did a splendid job of cleaning two bedrooms, ensuites, hallways, living and dining rooms. He was thorough, professional, kind and extremely energetic. Widmer's cleaners was recommended to me by several friends; now I know they were right. My only issue is I can't remember from which location Corey came. Nevertheless, I would request him again in a New York minute. Thank you Angie's List and Widmer's for doing such a great job at such a reasonable price. It does pay to be an Angie's List member!!

Corey did an excellent job. He called on his way to my house to let me know he was coming, and when he arrived, he used shoe covers because I don't let anyone wear shoes in my house. Corey was very professional and listened as I explained that I have a cat who leaves some stains on my carpet. Corey did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and my place looks great! The price was just right and I definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a good carpet cleaning!

They arrived a little early, were very polite and friendly, came in and introduced themselves to me and ask exactly what they were there to do for me that day. I showed them each room and they explained their process to me as we went from room to room. They ask if I had any questions and I didn't so they proceeded to get started. It took about an hour an they were completely done and ready to leave. I signed the paperwork and they were on to the next job. Carpets looked great!

It was pretty cheap. It was probably somewhere between $100-$150. It was one of those $99 specials and then they do a little bit here and there extra when you bring them in. The guys are professional. They come in and boot up so they don't drag anything in. They just do an excellent job. When they leave your house is right back to where it was, only your carpets are clean.

They did an amazing job! Well worth the special deal from Angie's List. We had a LOT of pet and kid stains, on WHITE carpet no less, and everything looked great when they got done.

Nick did a great job. He came and cleaned entire house. He explained the entire process to me. The cleaning was great. He was able to remove most of the spots from the carpet. Their machines were great at extracting the water. I opened all the windows after he was completed and all the carpet was dry in about 4 hours and it was only 65 degrees outside. Will definitely use them again.

They arrived within their 2 hour window. I did have to call to confirm they'd received the deal payment and schedule an appointment. One issue is that in moving one of the chairs, they nicked the wall. One of the stained areas -where the stain seemed to have lifted - looks stained again. The guys were very professional and efficient.

They called to let me know when they were going to arrive, they arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, asked appropriate questions and provided information about the service they were going to perform. Great job. I'm very pleased.

Went very well. However, and this could be my cluelessness, I didn't realize they don't move furniture and only clean the open areas. This left me feeling like the job was only half done. I guess I should have read the fine print...

Cory was awesome. Introduced himself with a firm handshake and was professional to a tee! Went through my home and did an assessment of target areas etc. I don't think my carpets looked or smelled this good when I built the house! Truly appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. Will most definitely use again after finding them on Angies List!

They did an okay job. There was some confusion but we finally got it worked out.

I got an immediate response when I called to make an appointment to have our carpets cleaned. They set up the appointment when I requested and called the day before to confirm. They came within the time frame they told me. We have off white carpets and there were areas in front of chairs/sofa's and traffic areas that looked bad. The service man explained everything that he would do and asked me specifically what we wanted done. Everything looks great. The serviceman was polite and professional and did everything in a timely manner.

The man doing the cleaning was prompt, friendly, and did a great job. I felt safe with him in my home for a few hours. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal with this company. A few days went by and I did not hear from them, so I called them. They had no record of me purchasing the deal, but told me that the deal did not cover the cleaning of area rugs, which was what I needed, only wall to wall carpeting.

Scheduling of appointment was simple and timely. The technician (John) called to confirm his arrival time and arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He was friendly, polite and took care to work around the furniture that had been selected to not be moved for cleaning. He did a very good job and I am pleased with the results.

We have been using them for about 10 years now. They were professional and they arrived on time for the appointments. They do a nice job on the carpets.
