Larry is never late and if for some reason there is an issue, we can call him and he'll be there. Cost is per month.

I was able to schedule the service for just a couple of days after I called, which was great. The technician showed up within the allotted time frame and was courteous and professional. He did a great job.

The service quality remains excellent; courtesy employees, timeliness, etc., but, the incidents of poor pressing are becoming more and more frequent, in other words, clothes that are unwearable because they "look funny" because the lapels or other items are mis-pressed. The reason I am looking at drycleaners on Angie's List today is to see if there is another firm I should try. Widmers also feels like it is very expensive, although I have used other drycleaners so infrequently in recent years that I am not certain.

Technician insisted that stains on the carpet were cat urine, when I knew I had cleaned up those same spots where kitties had lost their dinner. (I do know what cat urine smells like). Carpets looked nice when they left, but after a couple of weeks, the stains came back, much larger and darker than before. We had problems the last time they cleaned. The water ran down stairs for a couple of days and puddled at the bottom, carpets stayed wet for a week! I thought that was an isolated malfunction, but I will find someone else next time. I had been a customer for over 20 years. Service has really deteriorated.

When it came back it appeared to be dirtier than when we sent it. When we sent it back the same thing happened. They were dishonest and I would not use them again. They did finally give us our money back.

Steve and Marcus did a great job. They were very professional, quick, and satisfied all of my requests. The carpeting dried quickly.

Received quote over phone, put on hold twice, next pickup date for my area was 6 days out, so I dropped off rug (needed it out of house). Must pay in advance, I was told phone quote wrong, not $140, but $210, I complained, they charged me $140. Rug ready on time, within week, looks excellent! Treated fairly, but they were understaffed. This was my first experience with rug cleaning.

Courteous clerk, good quality dry cleaning, and no chemical odor afterwards like I've had with another dry cleaner I use to use.

Terrible experience. Rude representive Nancy refused to take responsibility for ruining the comforter. She handled the situation very poorly. She was painful to deal with regarding this frustrating situation. Would never use again.

I have never had a problem with them. Their staff is friendly, and their work is high quality.

They are a little pricey, but do an exceptional job!

The quality is excellent. I completely trust them with our nicest clothing.

Work was completed ahead of schedule and delivered to our home.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY GOT RID OF THE SMOKE SMELL IN EVERYTHING. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING ABOUT DOING WORK SUITS FIRST. I PRAISE THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW.

I REALLY LIKE THE DRY CLEANING OF CARPETING MUCH BETTER THAN THE WET TYPE OF SHAMPOOING. I DO NOT LIKE CARPETING BEING WET FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS. THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICE.

THEY WERE REASONABLE ABOUT THE PRICE. THEY REMOVED ANY STAIN THAT WAS VISIBLE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND THE SERVICE. I WOULD TELL OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THEM.

Keith and Eric arrived promptly at the time given to me earlier. They were very pleasant and moved furniture where needed. There were several stains in all rooms. I was very happy with the completed job.

Service agent spent an intial time walking through the whole house with owner. Made suggestions on future spot removal. Move furniture which needed carpet cleaned under it. Service agent was diligent and thorough.

I was very happy with Kevin's professionalism. He was on-time and finished in an efficient manner. After the job was completed, he was able to tell me what he had taken out of the ducts (cat hair, wood dust, etc).

They did a really good job. All of the rugs look a lot cleaner than they did before.

Our overall experience was better than in times past. We were more impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the work crew than in times past when we just picked "out of a hat" a company.

Widmers came within 24 hours of my phone call. They were able to remove 5 years of pet stains, drink stains, and both employees were prompt and courteous.

THE WORK WAS EXPERTLY DONE WITH JUST A SMALL AMOUNT OF MACHINE NOISE. THE MAN, A MR. BROOKS, WAS COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ADEQUATELY. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND LEFT EVERYTHING IN GOOD ORDER.
