I originally called them to find out how much it would cost to get my pillow and down comforter to be cleaned. They said it would be $20 to be cleaned and $5.95 to be filled properly. I told them to call me about the pillow before they did anything. They never called me, I had to call them. When I called them the lady that answered the phone while she eating her dinner. I thought it was very rude. She knew nothing about the pillow and said she would have the pillow done. It would not be ready when the down comforter was ready. He delivered the down comforter on Saturday and the pillow was delivered on Monday. I did not understand why no one called me back and that when they offered me 30% off. They said they never said that. They said they would open up the pillow and fill it with an additional down. Later I was charged $38.00 for the pillow and the down comforter was over $50.00 minus the 30%. They never told me about the special care that they were offering. I wish they would have called me about the special care. When the down comforter came back it smelled like mildew. When the one pillow came back they charged me for 2 pillows. No one said a word about them charging me for the casing on the pillow or the extra pillow encasement. No one every called me before they started. 1/27/14 Update: Andy did call me back and did take care of the problem quickly and did not charge me for the service. I have used them again since and I have changed the grades from an F in each category to the grades that are currently displayed.

They went really really fast. I wasn't sure that you could go as fast as they went. I had the idea that they were doing it fast and maybe not as great as they could. I don't know if it's a good price or bad price.

I paid $150 for 5 rooms. They were running some specials. I didn’t have that much experience, but they were fine.

I didn't book the service because of the rep's attitude.

I've used others and have never called them back. Widmer's will definitely get my business again. They explained what they were going to do and seemed to be very concerned with doing an excellent job in order to keep me as a customer.

I have used them for years. They are primarily a dry cleaning company but they clean carpets too. They are fair priced and they do the job correctly. I would recommend them for cleaning purposes; they do a good job. I used a discount coupon for the last service.

They came out and took an area rug to be cleaned. It thought it was a little expensive but they did excellent service. They did quality work and were punctual and professional.

We are very satisfied with them. One thing that’s impressive with at least the buttermilk location people who work there is that, they know my husband and me by name. They always call us Mr. and Mrs. Hill. If we take anything there, they always check it for any stain. They always send it back if they don’t find it satisfactory. They don’t even show it to me, they send it back. I would absolutely use them in the future. We won’t use another dry cleaner.

Service providers arrived in the time range, explained the services and offered options (but did not try to up-sell when I was not interested), surveyed what was needed for the job and completed it. The rooms were basically cleared out, but they moved several peices of large furniture still in the rooms. Professional and capable. The office called to remind me of the appointment and called afterward to check the job was done to my satisfaction with no problems.

Chris and Chad were wonderful. They were punctual, even came early but called first to make sure that would work with our schedule, which it did. The two men were professional, respectful, and were able and willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn't believe how fast they were able to complete the job and how great the carpets and chair looked when they were finished. We have 5 pets that live in the house so we knew that this could have been a tough job but not for them. We originally were only scheduled to have four rooms cleaned even though the price was for 5. Before they finished they came to us to ask if we would like to have another room done since we were paying for it. They actually offered to do more work!!! Talk about customer service!!! We will definitely use Widmers again and will be requesting Chris and Chad to do the work!

This was the second time I used them and they did a great job both times. I was taking care of my two and three-year old grandchildren in the basement and they had spilt stuff and left spots. They came and cleaned and they were awesome. The guys were nice, prompt and professional, and moving the furniture was no problem. You pay when they are done and everything was really good. I remember thinking that it was a deal, especially after the carpet looked so good afterward. I think I called them on a Wednesday and they came out on Friday, and that worked out very well. They just did a great job. I would recommend them.

A younger guy comes every single time. He is good. That means they don't have a high turn over and speaks highly of them.. I will continue to use them.

Actually we use them for professional dry-cleaning also so one gets coupons for carpet cleaning and we prefer to use them. We will use them in the future.

It is a pick up service at home. We use them because they are really good. They are really really good.

Widmer's was very professional. They made sure they understood the scope of the work. They updated the quote I received over the telephone when they got here. They managed themselves well, kept everything clean and tidy, were efficient and fast. I was very satisfied with their service.

They did wall to wall carpet cleaning, spot treatments, sanitization, and scotch guarded the carpets. They sent two people to make sure they could move heavy items which was very helpful. They were very quick and thorough.

They were good. I would give them an A on everything.
