Arrived on time completed carpets in timely manner excellent job professional

I called them out Tuesday and they were able to come out on Wednesday. They showed up on time, and came did their business and left. I was able to pay over the phone which was very convenient. They did a good job. The price was good.

Average. They didn't get up several spots I was able to get up myself later. I also couldn't tell that the house was 'deodorized'. It smelled exactly the same to me. I got a better price and better cleaning from another place I used off of Angies list before (Howards). I'm trying to sell this house, so I got sold on the deodorizing factor, thinking about the fact that empty houses sometimes smell musty. They also charged the 'tax and disposal' fees. That adds to the price of the good deal you think you are getting, that other companies don't always do. All in all, not a terrible deal. Not the best either, since the carpets didn't look nearly as clean as I was able to get them myself, or other places have been able to get them. They did get me in pretty quickly and showed up on time.

We just bought a foreclosure that had been empty for years and STANK! The prior owners had several (neighbors could only guess how many) cats and two dogs. The carpets felt like they still had life in them, but there were pet odors and just musty smell everywhere. Widmer's came and cleaned and they look BRAND NEW! My wife and I are so happy, we thought we were going to have to replace the carpets soon because of all the animal problems. Nothing more to say, A+ job and A+ professionalism/friendliness on the phone. Would use again!

They were very efficient and they showed up on time. They completed all work as promised professionally. They did both carpet cleaning and tile cleaning for me. The tile cleaning results exceeded my expectations.

Have used widmers for ten years. Always do a good job. I most appreciate the final price quoted when appointment is scheduled. There is no pressure for any add on services on the day of cleaning. One worker worked diligently and was able to complete the job, 9 rooms total, in just over an hour. He pretreated all stains and our carpets look great. With two kids and 2 dogs, that is not an easy task.

They moved all our furniture, picked up the rugs, cleaned them very well, and came back within a week to ten days, moving all the furniture back to where it was. We’re very pleased.

I do not recall the exact date and price but I do remember being very happy with the service. In the future I will write my reviews immediately following the service.

We have had consistently good experiences with carpet and upholstery cleaning from this company. Our most recent experience was no exception. The technician was prompt, polite, professional. He walked through with me to make sure he understood my concerns and expectations, answered my questions, and completed the job quickly and efficiently, cleaning and treating five rooms in less than an hour.

Very easy to make appointment. They were well aware of the "Big Deal" that I had purchased. They made it very easy to "add on" - clean more rooms. That was my plan - they didn't try to push me into more rooms. They arrived on time. I have used Widmer before and was happy - which is why I went back to them. The last time was OUTSTANDING. However, this time it was a supervisor who did the job. It was fine. He just didn't go the extra mile on cleaning like the last time. I just assume that since a supervisor was doing it - that they were short handed that day. He did finish very quickly. Overall, still would recommend.

I purchased a coupon for carpet cleaning on angies list. They cleaned stairs and 2 rooms, plus closets. The worker was knowledgable and friendly and prompt. There are a few spots that didnt come up completely but he warned me before the treatment that some spots may need more than one treatment.

The young men were prompt and professional. They explained their procedures and got to work. When finished they advised us to be careful of any slip hazards there might be and had me sign their form. They worked very fast and efficiently. I am so happy with my "Clean" carpets. My grandchildren can play on them and I won't be worried. Thanks Widmer's. I would definitely recommend Widmer's to anyone that needs a Clean carpet.

I called them to set up the appointment to clean my oriental rugs and found out that rugs didn't apply to the deal, so I decided to get it refunded. They were willing to work with me about honoring the pricing and applying the charge to the work I needed done. Even with this applied, it was still really expensive. They were good and very helpful, though.

The first time did not go well. However, after the manager got involved he was extremely professional and understanding and left me with a much better taste in my mouth. I had been planning on never calling Widmer's again but because of the professionalism of the manager and the quality of the work done, I will reach out to Widmer's again the next time I need service completed.

Tracy the tech showed up and explained the process and what I needed to do. He was very friendly and professional in his approach. He moved heavy furniture and cleaned all of the carpeting in the house. There were several heavily soiled areas. After the cleaning he replaced all of the furniture using foam pads under the legs. The carpeting looks great and came out cleaner than we expected. They called the next day to make sure we are satisfied. Highly recommend.

I've used Widmer's numerous times for my dry cleaning primarily because it is the most convenient location for me to drop off and retrieve my clothes. Their prices are rather expensive compared to other dry cleaners around the area, although their turnaround time is typically shorter as well. If you're not interested in a short turnaround time you'd probably get just as good service somewhere cheaper (I've had an employee of Widmer's tell me as much). I also had an experience quite awhile back--around 2005 or 2006--where the best and most expensive tie I've ever owned was absolutely destroyed by Widmer's. To make matters worse, the tie had been a gift for participating in the wedding of my closest friend from high school. So, in addition to the monetary value, approximately $100, it also had strong sentimental value. But these things happen, of course, so I wasn't going to make much of a fuss over it as long as the company was willing to compensate me, and in this respect, they came through. Since I had no receipt, I printed off price information from the maker's website, and this evidence was good enough for Widmer's. They compensated me for the full price. No "bonus" for the sentimental value, but that's probably too much to ask--just remember that if you give any kind of keepsake to Widmer's (or any cleaner, I'd think), there's always the risk of something bad happening to it.

Cleaning technicians called 1 day prior to confirm, and 1 hour before arrival. They were very prompt, arriving at the scheduled time. All the services advertised were completed. Techs were very professional, moving the necessary furniture with care. Will definitely use their services again. Give them a solid grade "A".
