Widmer's Cleaners - Carpet Cleaners

We bought the deal for Widmers to do carpet cleaning and we were very impressed. They did a great job!

There was very professional and got right to work and did a beautiful job, yes I would use them again.

From the first call I placed to the rug cleaning dept I knew the person answering the phone was not taking my information down. I could be wrong. The pick-up of the rug went fine, but when I called several times to hear how things were coming along it seemed to be difficult to find where our order stood. Then it was promised for a date and then never delivered. From that point no one returned phone calls and if I did talk to someone I had the feeling the order was just floating around out there Finally we connected, the rug was returned in fine condition, but the lack of follow-up to phone calls and the hassle to coordinate delivery was not worth it. To be fair I use Widmer's for my dry-cleaning and they have been very professional. Lets just say I think they need to stick to this,

I have used Widmers for a long time and also my elderly mother has them pickup and deliver her dry cleaning from an assisted living center. They are very professional and responsive to requests for service. I am pleased with the care that is given to interacting with customers and also their ability to care for expensive garments. There is no heat or iron damage to slacks/ suits and the expected pickup date/ time always dependable.

I left a message and was called back the next day. The man was very nice and helped me decide what sort of process to have completed. The rug was picked up and returned for no additional charge. It was returned to us in great shape and in the time frame I expected. I had seen a coupon on-line, but I didn't need to even bring it up as the man suggested I could have the discount being offered.

It was wonderful. We are going to call them back. The price was very reasonable. We paid extra because we want them dry cleaned versus steam cleaned.

Absolutely no issues. We used them before. They cleaned the 1st and second floors and provided stain protection. We used steam extraction and it did an excellent job. Not every vendor offers steam extrraction Hassle free. On time. Great job

They did a great job. I used the big deal shortly after I purchased it and there were no additional charges on top of the big deal price. They did what was advertised and they even went a little above and beyond. I have a big walk-in closet and they included that as part of the bedroom which I did not expect. So, I was very pleased with their work. They were very thorough and very careful about putting the furniture on blocks and that kind of thing.

I found them through Angie’s List. I am very pleased. It was based on the amount of carpeting I needed cleaning and the special they offered. So I went with the best deal. The person who came out showed outstanding professionalism and great customer service. He was efficient and thorough, and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning.

My experience was excellent. The customer service rep. Chris Frazee made many suggestions on how best to get the pillows clean. To send the forms as well as the slipcovers. They did a very good job. I had plastic covers for them. I was unable to get the pillows back in due to an accident. Chris offered to put them in for me. I thought they did a great job. I was very happy with the help I received. I think they did a very good job.

This company was referred to me by a neighbor. I called and this company sent a supervisor out within two hours and took care of everything. I would recommend them and definitely use them in the future.

We've used Widmer's for YEARS. Our route driver is A1. They're rather expensive, do a fine job but in the past couple of years something has "changed". They frequently destroy button(s) and occasionally botch the collar press or the placket front just below the collar button. They do stand behind their work and will always replace buttons or redo a press.

This was my first time using their service. I liked that they came to the house to pick up the rug and also delivered it back to me. When they delivered the rug they put it back where I wanted it. They had the rug for about a week.

Widmer's did a great job cleaning our carpets. They were prompt, very accommodating, and gave us a great Angie's price. We will definitely use them again.

I visit them frequently. They are a little expensive but they deliver quality service. The clothes are returned to us in a timely manner. They sometimes call me when if I ever forget clothing items.

They have a very convenient monthly billing for regular clients.

Overall, the area rug was cleaned as expected and looks good. Two areas for improvement: 1) Price. The 6'x9' area rug cost $133 to clean. For perspective, the rest of the room's carpet (800 sq. ft.) was cleaned by a different company for $136. 2) Punctuality. Took 10 days, but maybe less. They never called to say it was complete and ready for pick-up.

They used corner guards and did everything I asked for. They even did a follow up call to make sure I was pleased. Their price was great and they were just outstanding!

Great service - Widmer's was careful to count all of the pieces of the uniform to ensure that nothing would be lost. After a season's use, it was looking quite grubby -- but it came back looking fantastic.

I'm thrilled with the results. EME was extremely responsive to my emails as we were nailing down the details of the job and was able to quickly work me into their schedule . I made significant changes the morning of installation, requiring more materials, but EME handled the changes in stride and completed the installation in one day. I would absolutely recommend EME to friends/family.

I called on Monday and they could get me in on Tuesday. They were professional and very informatived. We have a cat and I pointed out a couple of spots that were more then just dirt. I am very satisfied with the cleaning. Carpet clean and the spots removed, looks great.

The men called ahead and then arrived on schedule. I pointed out a few problem areas and they said they would do the best they could. They did great! They were much more thorough than the last cleaners I had. They actually picked up furniture and pulled out the sofa and got under it. The carpets looked great when they finished. I would definitely call them again. l

Service providers were exceptional. Called on a Tuesday and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday so carpets could be cleaned before new couches were delivered on Thursday! Techs John & Tony were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, worked very well as a team and arrived within my appointment window. They explained what they were doing through the process. Worked was completed quickly and the carpets looked and smelled great. Would absolutely use Widmers in the future and would request these techs next time too.

basically went fine. company is a little pricey but they stand behind their work. There was a trouble spot in the living room and they returned to completely clean it out.
