Installer was very good. Excellent work in good time. The price was steep: ~ $200.00 per hour for one installer, but I needed to get it done. This company does the installation for Home Depot, from whence the cabinets came.

Was told it would take up to 12 weeks instead took 8 months! Sloppy work, cabinets unevenly hung, wrong cabinets ordered. Nails hanging out inside cabinets, split wood where screws were put in too tight. Every mistake made we were told cabinet warranty would cover! Wrong! Wait, wait, wait... no phone calls, or late night calls on weekends. Undependable and unreliable company. Would never hire again or recommend them to anyone!

Beau Wert did the estimate and it was done well. Unfortunately, Beau's inside person had a heart attack and from that point on our communication was problematic.We explained that we had a time constraint due to a necessary trip we needed to make and we were assured that they would be able to complete the project before we had to leave. Team was supposed to start on a Monday but we got called and told they were running behind on another job and would start our project on Tuesday. They showed up on Tuesday on worked for half a day to tear out the old tile and greenboard on our shower and tub. They stopped work at 1:00pm and did not tell us why. We called Beau and he came to talk with the workers but did not say anything to us.They continued to work all week. The work was very good and the workers were very nice. The team we had was very good and did a wonderful job, it just took longer than was planned. As the project was nearing completion, the foreman showed up to work and informed us that he was being pulled off our job to go finish up another job in KY. I was not happy at all. First, we had a time constraint which was made clear to Beau, He never called us to tell us about pulling Jim off our job, we were told by Jim our foreman. We ended up leaving on our trip without our job being finished. They came back and finished up the project when we returned. They did a wonderful job. The new shower and tile work was very well done and we are very pleased with the job. Communication just could have been better. I assume things broke down due to the fact that Beau'sinside person was out, but I still beleive he could have communicated better with us during the course of the project.

Don did the estimates and helped us with our original and revised plan. He was excellent to work with and I would recommend him (and Todd) to anyone. Great job!
