It was a small repair to our dinning room area. They did quality work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

They scheduled our job to fit our time-frame. They arrived when they said they would and kept us informed of when they would be coming and going. They did a great job of keeping the place clean and without dust. They were polite, informative, careful, listened attentively and addressed any concerns we had. They patiently explained what they were doing and what we needed to do to allow the floor to cure properly. The finished floor is beautiful!

John Buerger sold me the flooring and gave excellent advice from previous jobs. I ordered new carpeting in the family room and bedroom. Hardwood was installed in the living, dining and master bedrooms. Two different crews were involved, one for the hardwood and one for the carpeting. The men were totally professional, friendly and informative. They cleaned up after each job. The dates John gave me for the total redo were accurate. He was always in touch with me answering all my questions. As far as I'm concerned, Weickert's is an At business. I was extremely impressed and happy with the whole project and all the workers involved. I can't fault them on anything. They moved furniture back and totally cleaned up when the entire job was completed. I also learned they install tiling and had them measure for a new backsplash in the kitchen. I'll give their name to all my friends and neighbors that need any of their services. It was a pleasure to deal with such a fine company! Great customer service.

The floor repair was outstanding! Even though I practically stood over his shoulder while he tore out and replaced the gross pet-stained oak, the young man patiently explained everything he was doing. The replacement blended into the old hardwood seamlessly and the color and finish matched beautifully. Also, the kitchen floor was sanded and coated with three coats of poly - the finished job is lovely. There was very little cleanup for me to do. But a few days later I walked on the replaced floor area and several pieces cracked through. Apparently there was little support underneath the strip of hardwood. I called and emailed with my problem and a man was sent out. I was disappointed with the job he did. It seems that he just filled in the broken parts with wood filler and then varnished over it with the wrong gloss varnish. I emailed again and went through several discussions to convince them to come and finish their job right. Eventually, a crew came and replaced the broken boards and refinished the spot. While I was so pleased with the look of the job the first time, it is now a noticeable repair. It still looks better than the gross pet stains, so I'll live with it.

The men were very professional and did a super job of cleaning my carpet and a stairway needing cleaning. They gave I had spots where the puppy had accidents. My carpet is spotless! An estimate was given to me prior to the cleaning. They arrived on time and immediately started working. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had.

They don't use a steam cleaner which is good for me because I have allergies. I liked the service. They were courteous and fairly efficient.They did a good job. I don't think they were the cheapest estimate I got. I think the price was average. They were very responsive. I would absolutely use them again.

Great experience. Floors are beautiful! Cannot tell where new floor ends and refinished old one begins. Really nice job! They showed up when they said they would and had floors finished in the time they quoted.

The entire project was performed in a professional manner. The install team were on time, friendly, and courteous. Clean up was performed daily and all work was completed as scheduled. Great company and group of people. They reflect how true professionals should work and conduct business. I am looking forward to bring them back in the future to replace carpets with hardwood in three more rooms.

Very professional, good value. I have used them before to carpet my dining and formal living areas, and I will use them again. Everyone we have met,from the owner to the installers were first class. The sales manager is extremely nice, never pushy and offers first class service. I highly recommend this company.

workers were prompt, efficient, and professional. dust was inevitable but kept to a minimum. our 2nd job was fit into a tight schedule so we could have the floors refinished before our furniture arrived. we were very happy with wieckert's and would not hesitate to use them again.

John responded promptly for the estimate and was very personable. Brian came on time to do the repair and he also was personable and very talented with the wood repair. Old flooring was torn up, new boards installed and then sanded, stained and 2 coats of poly were put on to finish it. Brian not only nailed the boards but he also glued them to assure that they stayed down. He also put in a new wood threshold between my tile floor bath and wood floor hall. He hand cut the board so it would fit perfectly. They did a great, professional job and I would definitely use them again. Also the price was fair for the work they did. Brian was here for 4 hours. I did the poly finish coats so he didn't have to come back the next day and I saved money!

I was very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the installers. It went exactly as planned with no surprises or delays. I'd highly recommend this company and would use them again.

We found Weickert's on Angie's List. They seemed to be the "go to" company for hardwood installation in the area. Our installer, Brian (I think) is a third generation installer with 15 years experience himself and loves his work. The job took 5 days because there 3 coats of polyurethane that needed needed to dry between applications. He did a very good job of matching the stain to adjacent hardwood floors. The floors look great and is was well worth the price to get such a good job.

The company called and arrived before the appointed time. They were two men and they were very professional and reasonable. We received a written estimate before the work was performed. Our carpets, rugs and our two sofas were cleaned in less than 2 1/2 hours. Everything looks great again, like new, after 7 years of wear and tare.

I have had Weickerts clean my carpet several times. They are professional and arrive on time. They get the service done quickly. Carpets are beautifully clean once they are done. They give discounts to repeat customers. They also have a subcontractor, Gary Rahe, who stretches out carpet with bumps in it. He did a fabulous job and I will use him in the future to lay my carpet.

They arrived on time and started the job immediately, the next thing I knew they had started putting down the new flooring...while two men were downstairs sanding the sun damaged floors. There was a crew of four and they worked incredibly fast, and incredibly good, and the job was completed in one weeks time. I am very pleased with the finished product and will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

When we moved into our house were were thrilled there were hardwood floors. However, they definitely need to be refinished. When I finally decided to get the job started, I signed up for Angie's List to find the best of the best. Weickert's was the first of a few places I called. They are the ONLY that called back. John came out to take a look at the floors and sent a quote within a few days of that meeting. I decided to call Weickert's to schedule, again no other company ended up calling me back. When we got to talking about how you can't walk on your floors for awhile which can be difficult, especially with children, John told me that the majority of their jobs are done while customers are on vacation. Luckily, we had one coming up in just a few weeks. John had one of the guys come out the morning before we left, to sand down an area and apply a few different stains for me to choose from. I chose my stain, gave them my key, and we were all set. I came home from vacation to BEAUITFUL floors! I trusted them to be in our home and everything was perfect when we go back. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and other Angie's List members. From the first call to the completion of the job, everyone was incredibly professional and efficient. Within a month we had "new" floors. Thank you!

I have used Weicharts carpet cleaners for 5 or so years. Would not even consider switching to someone else. Highly recommend them. Also recommend purchasing their carpet cleaner for the in between spills.

John from the Woodlawn location came out and took measurements and got the estimate back to me within the week. I was pleased with the estimate since it was substantially lower then the estimate from their competition. They matched the old boards well and even drilled and installed walnut plugs to match the random pegs. The finished result is beautiful. We are very pleased. We also has them pick up two area rugs to have cleaned while the floors were being redone and they were perfect as well.

The technician was late, but he had tried to call my cell phone, but the call didn't go through. It's a problem with my cell phone, not the technician. When he arrived, he was very polite and did a great job. I only needed portions of my carpet cleaned and he did a great job of keeping the cost down. I was pleased with the work Marcus did.

The appointment was great and the guy gave good advice on how to solve the problem with the floors.

Did greeat. Woiuld use again. A bit pricey but isn't everything.

They delivered the flooring several days early so it could adjust to temperature and humidity of our home, came on the scheduled day and completed the installation in one day (had planned to take two if needed). The installation went very well. We asked them to come back a few days later to touch up a small nick in one of the boards and they didn't hesitate to take care of the problem. We are extremely pleased!

They did a great job - very professional and easy to work with. We had a slight communication misunderstanding on changing out the floor vents, but they took care of everything and we are very happy with the final results. I will definitly use them again in a few years when we need to recaot the floors.
