They have a gentleman that works for them called Mr. Gary Rabe; he is very good. I am going to have more work done from them. I was happy with their bill.

It went very well. I have used them several times. They are professional and helpful. They do good work.

The hardwood floors in our home are about 20 years old and were showing lots of wear. We contacted Weickert's to give us a quote on our hardwood floors as we have used them for many years to clean our carpets. We could not have been happier with the results. The floors are beautiful!!. The finish and workmanship were outstanding. If I hadn't noticed some dust on a knife block, I wouldn't have thought they raised any dust at all. I have to admit that I was not looking forward to cleaning up the dust but there really wasn't any at all. Their equipment took care of that. The finish on the floors was beautiful. They look absolutely brand new. Now I have another reason (besides carpet cleaning) to highly recommend Weickert's. They are great people to work with and it shows in the care they use in their work.

I thought their quote was quite high for one small room. I really liked the salesman from Weickert's Hardwood Flooring Company. Everything he said was really good. He was late with giving us the quote though.

Weickert's also does steam cleaning of carpets and this is the second time I have used them for steam cleaning. My first experience was so good I am happy to have them to do another. I own apartment complexes and have been searching for a dependable, first-rate carpet cleaner that was not full of baloney. They gave me the estimate on the phone, based on square foot cleaned, and scheduled at a time good for the resident of the apartment. Arrived, cleaned, and left with a smile on the resident's face. That is what I needed, a great job at a reasonable price, by a professional company, done in the time frame I needed.

Sharon was a wonderful sales person who helped me work within my budget to choose carpet for the whole house. She was very friendly and responsive. Gary and Bodine installed the carpet. They made 3 separate trips to complete the carpet installation. They both were very friendly, worked hard, helped move furniture around and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job overall. I would recommend Weickert's to anyone who is looking for great customer service and quality work at a great price!

Eric originally came out to my house to quote the repair job and discuss possibly adding hardwood to another room in my house. He was great, gave me good suggestions, and we discussed how all the work would be done. I ended up deciding to just do the repair work on the headers. A few other places would not even quote a job this small. The day the work was done, a father and son crew showed up. The father did not know what he was doing, and sat on the porch and smoked most of the time. This didn't affect the job, but it sure made the project take a lot longer than it should have. After they spent most of the day there, they told me that had 2 more jobs to do that day, so I felt they rushed to job towards the end. When the guys got there, I had to re-explain to them everything I had already gone over with Eric. We spent much time discussing the different options, which Eric and I already agreed upon. I needed a fairly wide custom header in the one room, and the crew had to leave before they even started to go back to the shop to get the correct wood. Eric and I had discussed cutting a tongue and grove into the end of the hardwood and the custom header so that they would be perfectly flush on the top. The guys that did the job later convinced me that that was not needed and that once they glued the board down, it was not going anywhere. This is the part that I unhappy about as it has begun to move and shift and now there is a small gap between the wood and there is a lip where it is not flush at the top. Overall, the job does not look that bad, but I am concerned that it could get worse over time. Because this was a small job, I wonder if I was sent their worst installtion crew?

The carpet cleaner was on time, he was very polite and business like. He got one of the rooms clean when previous cleaners couldn't get it clean. Very efficient.

Requested original 1950's hardwood flooring to be cleaned and waxed. This was not a job where the floors were sanded down to bare wood and brought back out. This was a very simple job. I personally cleaned and waxed the 2 bedroom floors and paid to have the living room and hall way done professionally. For the money spent... I could have done it myself cheaper and I feel that I did a better job than the professional. The representative was clean, on-time and very professional. I have used the company in the past and was always very pleased. I think this was just to small of a job.

They do a very good and they are very efficient and thorough. If you are not happy with the work, they will come back.

Weickerts picked up and cleaned our two vintage wool rugs from the 1940s. The rugs came with the house we purchased so we didn't know the last time they were cleaned and were extremely dirty and dingy. Weickerts did a phenomenal job. The rugs have new life and are brighter. We're very happy with the job.

They charged me about $786 for their services. They are a family company and have a small business. They were very personal and professional. They seemed to be very honest. They were fantastic people. We did have some issues with the scheduling and communication regarding quotes that was forgivable because they were such nice people. Someone else might have been a little more frustrated with them. It was just a human error. They were acquiring another company; so I think they were working out on that. I would definitely use them again.

I was not satisfied in the beginning because the workers where not honest with me, but the owner Eric came out and was super nice and the first day they worked on it he called me and let me know he had finished the first coat on my floors. I was impressed he did it himself and followed up with. The stains are not totally gone but they look soooo much better since Eric recoated it. I am very satisfied with what he did & the fact that the owner came out and did it him self I was very impressed with that. He is a very nice and professional man. He cares alot about his customers satisfaction.

These guys are awesome. I have two dogs and my carpets get very dirty. They always do a super job. I would never use anyone else.

Their price was higher than the company I ended going with. They came out and measured. I did have to call them to get that estimate, but I got it immediately after I called.

The are very thorough and even clean the baseboards. They move all the furniture and stand behind their work. I will continue to use them.

Weickert's Carpet Dry Cleaning is very good. They did everything they said they were going to do. They showed up on time and completed the job in the time they said it would take. They were very helpful moving the furniture around and we were very satisfied with them.

I returned home from the first vacation on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and found the 3rd floor refinish simply amazing. The finish is gorgeous and they did a great job, yet they failed to paint the register cover. On the second floor, they had removed the futon from the room, placing it in the hallway and blocking entrance to the 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom on the second floor. I had to move the futon and mattress myself to get to the bedroom and the bathrooms, so that was a waste of money I spent to have them move the furniture. Very disappointing to return home and have to move a futon frame and mattress by myself. They returned 3 days later to put the furniture back in the room, and they placed the footer pads under most of the furniture per the agreement. They then completed the first floor refinish work during another vacation about a month later. I returned home again on a Saturday to find the living room and family room furniture back in the respective rooms, but the dining room furniture blocking access to the living room, including the thermostat. They had sufficient time while I was out of town to complete all 3 rooms and return all furniture to its original location. It was getting cold out that week, and I had no access to the thermostat to turn the heat on. I called Weickert's on Monday, and they didn't return until the following Thursday to move the dining room furniture back into place. At that time, I had them move other pieces which had been replaced incorrectly during my absence. Although I reminded them that Eric had promised to pad the furniture feet, they disregarded that request and failed to do so. Additionally, I then had to remind them that Eric had promised they would paint/refinish the metal and wood registers. They grudgingly took the metal registers for painting and ignored the wood registers, even after I had removed them from the floor for their convenience. Although a few existing marks on the floor were removed during the refinishing, more remained when they had finished. In the family room, there are stain streakmarks at one door opening where they mustn't have paid much attention to the work. I had paid for half the job up front. I didn't receive a bill for the remainder of the job for several weeks after the "incompletion" of the job, assuming that they were going to finish the wood registers before considering the work complete. I then received a bill, and the following day, the office called me asking where their payment was. The woman harassed me to be paid, even though I had only received the bill the day before, and I explained that I had informed the last workers who were at my home that they were supposed to finish the wood grates, and I was still awaiting that to be completed. After she checked with the workers, she called me back and told me that the wood registers wouldn't look the same as the floor if they refinished them, implying that I shouldn't expect to have this work completed. I paid them over the phone that day to avoid further harassing calls, although I had only received the bill the day before. Although some of the work was done really well, the overall experience was one that I would not recommend to others. Talking with Eric really made me want to work with Weickert's, but the experience failed to live up to the hype, and I'm really disappointed with the elements of the job that were left incomplete.

They did a fantastic job on the playroom carpet which requires frequent cleaning. Carpet looks great and was able to use a coupon.

Carpet cleaning went well, efficient, cleaning up after themselves, explaining how long carpet would need to dry, etc. Arm chair may need to be touched up on both arms of the chair, but overall cleaning was an "A".
