Great. Prompt and courteous with the estimate, valued the business, showed up when they said, did what they said and did a good job the first time. Will definitely use them again.

Weickerts did a very good job. Their pricing was reasonable. The two workers installing the wood floor were very friendly, worked efficiently, and kept us informed of what was going on.

Rep came to house within a couple of days of contact, measured rooms, noted repairs to be made and discussed stain options, etc. Estimated was emailed within a few days outlining in detail the work to be performed and associated cost. Work was scheduled to begin about 2 weeks out. Crew arrived on the specified date and completed the job in 4 days. Very satisfied.

So far I have been happy with this provider. From my sample he promptly identified the manufacturer and ordered the flooring. He came out right away and measured my space. Although it has taken the flooring several months to arrive (circumstances beyond provider's control), all of his predictions were accurate. Installation is scheduled for a few days from now.

Overall it went very well. Crew worked fast but the quality did not suffer as a result. Very experienced and they did an awesome job!

Weickert's arrived on-time the day scheduled to begin work. A single employee quickly installed the new floor in our 120 sq ft kitchen. All of the cuts were made outside to minimize dust in the house. They recommended that we line up the new boards to keep continuity with the other floors in the house. This turns out was very important and something we weren't aware should be done, but Weickert's did the job the right way. When they were finished with the installation, they used a shop vac to remove any dust and debris inside the house AND in their cutting area outside. If it weren't for the new floor you wouldn't be able to tell they were there doing construction earlier in the day (except the house may have been cleaner than before). I think cleaning up the job site is a good quality in service professionals, as it shows they care about their customers and their homes. The sanding was performed the following Monday. We used their dustless offering, which resulted in no apparent dust flying around the house and onto tables and other surfaces. I was working from home that day and the air remained clean the entire time. I would say that it lived up to its name as truly being dustless. We moved furniture and covered it with sheets and tarps, but I think this may have been unnecessary for us in the end. The refinish work was one coat of stain and two coats of polyurethane. It was finished on schedule and we're very happy with the results, especially considering the challenge of blending the finish to our adjoining rooms.

I got an estimate from 2 companies, and both quoted me to have the floors refinished. I realized that I did not want to spend that amount of money on rental property, so I asked both companies if there was a cheaper option. Weickert's was the only company that responded with a new quote for a buff and recoat. John, the salesperson, and the man who completed the work were extremely polite and helpful. The floors look great, and I will definitely use them again!

I called Weickert's for an estimate to get my hardwood floors refinished. Couldn't come out for an estimate for almost two weeks. Gentleman arrived promptly on time and I received my estimate in a few days. I did not choose to use them since their estimate was twice as much as the other two I received. All three estimates were highly rated Angie's List companies. Ratings above are for hardwood floor refinishing only. I also found out in my initial call that they could also re-stretch my wrinkled living room carpet. In fact I actually talked to the gentleman that said he would be the one to do it. He said he couldn't do it for about a week or so. I said that was fine but needed it done by X. He told me no problem and would call me a few days prior to coming out. It was a small 14.5 x 15' living room and wanted to make it convenient for him to come out so I was flexible and had given him a two week window. That was January 9th or so. As of March 28th I have not heard from him. "X" was a long time ago and I have since found someone else through Angie's list who came out and re-stretched my carpet.

I received prompt service with the estimate and any questions I had previous to signing contract. The process of the installation was explained to me and as promised. The installation was seamless with the adjacent floor, in color and pattern.

Called for hardwood floor restoration estimate on a bedroom we're remodeling. The person doing the estimate showed up on time and seemed professional, courteous, and helpful. We had given him two different email addresses and our phone numbers. However we never received the written estimate. I called about a week later to ask about it, and they said they would get in touch with him to make sure we get it. We haven't heard anything from them since then, so I guess we'll look elsewhere.

While my floor does look great it was not with out issue getting it installed and the timeline was missed by about a week which was an issue as it held up us moving and costed us additional money because of the delay and mostly around Weickarts not having enough "good" contractors to pull for such a large job. I feel that the planning of resources could have been better but John did not feel that was the case and the communication was very bad from him on what the expectations and length of time to get the job done until the last minute. The owner Erik was very helpful but it was still very frustrating as if they had planned better or had enough people to staff all the work they have this would have been a different review. I will say the installer Tom was AMAZING! I would request him by name if you are considering using Weicharts he took the time to do everything right with great detail and did not short cut to get done. He really listened to what we wanted and made it look great versus the way the sales guy tried to have them to it!! Some of the finishing work could have been a little better we have some spots where the poly was put over things that left a bubble and the finishing / sanding around the edges of my floor could have been better (smoother) still working to get this resolved and the final door jam in my laundry room was a last minute fix and it does not look like the rest of my floor also working on this item with them. I am pleased with my flooring overall but I think more time needs to be spent to understand the impacts of not delivering a finished product on time and the excuse of this is a large job does not work as they knew how big the job was before they started...AGAIN PLANNING!!!

They did a great job, the floor looks better than ever. They cleaned up well, and got it done on time. They took care of a small problem very promptly.

They did a nice job and were really reasonable. I thought some of my carpets were beyond saving, but Weickert's made them look good again.

The guy that did the service, Chris, was very courteous. The service was great and they got all the spots out. He did estimates before he started and told us ahead of time what it was going to cost. The next time we need the our carpets cleaned we will use them!

We own a rental house and the wood floors were completely trashed by the last tenants. (There were dark urine spots from pets as well as light water marks from where plants had been left without trays.) The person who showed up for the quote was prompt and courteous. The price was competitive & they seemed to understand that it was a rental house and I wanted it to be functional; they didn't try to sell me on additional work like the other companies. They cautioned that some of the darker stains might not be completely removable. My husband & I were just shocked at how nice it looked. We really didn't think the damage could be disguised as well as it was. There was only one place we really even saw a little of the dark staining (and it was really bad in that corner to begin with). With furniture back in I'm certain it won't be the least noticeable. We will definitely contact Weikert's when we are ready to refinish the floors in our own house. In addition to the quality of work, they were easy to schedule & deal with. This goes a long way when you're dealing with as many contractor's as I have been lately.

All of the personnel from Weickert's were wonderful. From the estimate to the carpet repair and all of the wood work. Everyone was polite, professional, and meticulous about their work. Their work ethic and pride in their work was constantly obvious. They charged extra for the 'dustless' approach to sanding the existing floor but it was well worth it. Although I was dreading the sanding steps, there was very little dust throughout the process. The floor looks beautiful. I would gladly have them again and would highly recommend them.

They did a very good job with my floor- I love my floor. They were very prompt. I was very happy with their work. I wish they were just a little cheaper but they did good work. I can't complain about the work. They were very thorough, clean, and made sure dust did not get in other areas of my house.

Arrived at 9 AM in rainy weather. Had good business manners. They worked hand through lunch time. Any questions they answered. Angie's list saved us a lot of time. No headaches.

Their estimate was a little high, but the quality was worth it. There was one person working from about 9 am to 5:30 pm and they finished the installation in one day. I am very happy with the flooring and they did a good and neat job. The clean up was thorough and they were sure to put up plastic to help contain the dust.

They were timely and efficenient. They completed the work on time and they were great to work with. I would use him again.

The technicians name was Markest. He was just excellent! He got things out that had been there for years, that no one else was able to remove. He was REALLY good. He just kept going over, and over the spots until he got it right. I would use them them again.

Weickert gave me a fair price, showed up on time, and did a great job. I wish I had used them for the flooring re-finishing.

They are very thorough and were great about moving the furniture. Everything looked great when they left. I thought Chris was great. I would give them an A+ on everything.
