Description of Work: Removed all window blinds and reinstalled the blinds after new windows were installed. An excellent job was done as the hardware for hanging the blinds had to be repositioned due to the new windows.

+ -1 moreShe was very easy and fun to work with, and very good at adapting her suggestions to our needs. It all went very smoothly, and they went out of their way to see that it did. We plan to call them again.
Description of Work: Mary Susan helped us pick out wallpaper for several rooms. The papers had to somewhat coordinate, which made it more difficult, but she did a great job of finding us wallpapers that fit our home's style and personality. She then helped us with blinds for another room.

+ -1 moreExcellent service in the store. We ordered wood window blinds. Murray came and did the measurements. Took approximately 2 weeks to get blinds. Once installed, two of the window blinds did not close tight as seen in store. Murray brought company representative to our home to see what could be done. The rep told Murray to return them and they would fix. Unfortunately it took 4 weeks to get the blinds returned. This was the company's fault. Murray followed up on it whenever I called to check. In that respect, I feel he should have had some type of follow-up system and checked on them and then called me to explain the delay. Overall, I would use Walls and More again.

+ -1 moreMurry Feldstein is wonderful to work with. He really knows what he is doing and has very practical ideas and advice as well as a good eye. He's not afraid to tactfully tell you when something may not look right and make other suggestions. He (and I) must be dinosaurs because we are both perfectionists; he wants to make sure everything he does is absolutely correct and will work tirelessly to make sure that happens. He is not inexpensive, but we weren't looking for cheap -- we wanted excellent quality, durability and attention to detail.
Description of Work: Measured, helped considerably with design, ordered and installed window treatments in husband's home office, our library, our garage, and the solarium. These included blinds, cornices, Roman shades, special shades with remote controls, pillows and a window seat cushion.

+ -1 moreThe representative from Blinds & More was very helpful in selecting the best fabric, shade, & color for our bedroom. Although we hit a snag (literally) when the original blind fabric came in with a real snag, Walls & More was very cooperative in re-ordering & replacing the damaged blind.
Description of Work: We had Sheer Visions (Lafayette style) fabric covered blinds installed after seeing them at last year's Home & Garden Show.

ONCE AT THE STORE, THE CLERK HELPED US DECIDE THE FINISH AND SHOWED US EXAMPLES ON THE STORE WALLS. WE BOUGHT 4 GALLONS OF PAINT FOR THIS PRICE.
