Quite possibly one of the most inept service people I have ever come across. Run the other way as fast as you can! #1 This guy is unreachable. You will only ever get a voicemail. It will take multiple calls to get any response. #2 Then we he finally got there, he put a hole in our wall. He promised to return and fix it, which also took about 10 phone calls and two months later he finally came back. The patch looks bad and is still noticeable to this day.

Description of Work: We have a 2 part horror story with this company. 1. We were put in touch with this company by our HMS. He came to diagnose a problem of no heat from our boiler reaching the 2nd floor of our home. He spent about 5 minutes diagnosing that the boiler did not have the correct pumps for the system and that is why there was no heat reaching our second floor. He charged us $60 for a service call, stated that he would send the paperwork to the HMS company and to keep in touch if/when we heard something. I followed up with him the next couple of days multiple times and my call was never returned. He also never submitted any paperwork to the HMS company delaying our claim until an adjuster had to get in touch with him 5 days later. Our claim was denied because the pumps on the boiler were not to code and that was considered poor general maintence. Here is the real kicker.... 2. We realized after reviewing our home inspection from a few months back, that this was the same company that did our HVAC inspection and stated that everything looked correct with boiler and was in servicable condition. The only thing that we needed to be concerned about was the age of the boiler. NO mention of the pumps on the boiler being incorrect and not to code. (ummm...safety hazard?). Conclusion of the story is that we do not qualify for the HMS coverage of a new boiler because he didn't take the time to report it on the home inspection, but conveniently diagnosed the problem in 5 mins when he was looking the boiler when HMS sent him out. We will now be out close to $6000 because of this company. Our money has already been wasted. Don't waste yours!

Walker was called by a home warranty company to service an AC. He "adjusted the charge", collected his service fee and left (work done on Friday). On following Sunday, another company and tech were called because the AC was not working. Afterward, found out that Walker is not licensed in Hamilton, OH !!

This guy stinks. He showed up, said that we needed a furnace blower motor and that he would order one. He collected the $60 deductible and left. A week later, we still did not have a working AC. The home warranty company tried to get him back, but could not. They sent another tech who diagnosed the same problem, but had the motor in his truck. He was in and out in less than an hour, and in talking with the tech at the completion of the job, he said that Walker is NOT licensed in Hamilton and that the parts house is only 5 minutes away.
Description of Work: We have a home warranty policy and they sent Walker to fix our air conditioner.

The serviceman showed up on time and went to work. The fan worked fine that afternoon (but a bit loud), but he said that he would order me a replacement fan anyway, which I appreciated. A few days later, upon calling the home warranty company to check on the status of the replacement part, we discovered that he 'closed the ticket' without ordering a replacement fan. So he basically 'took the money and ran'. I have to get a second company, pay a second deductible, and suffer thru another hottest week of the year with no A/C.
Description of Work: Check the furnace fan it was 'jamming up' and not circulating air. This was the preferred provider by the home warranty company.

I got Walker's contact information from our home warranty provider. It took a couple of days for Glen to get out to my house, but that wasn't surprising given the heat wave we were having - apparently the AC repair folks were busy. Glen was efficient and professional. The freon re-fill appears to have resolved the problem. Note that the service call was billed to our home warranty service, I simply paid the $100 deductible. I don't know how much the warranty company was billed.
Description of Work: Our old air conditioner was not cooling the house. The coils were covered with ice and it was leaking excessive water on the floor. Glen checked out the problem, determined that the AC was low on freon, refilled it, and answered a number of general questions I had.

EASY TO SCHEDULE - VERY POLITE! DID A THOROUGH JOB, AND DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME.
Description of Work: GLEN CAME OUT TO CHECK AND SERVICE OUR TWO FURNACES (WE OWN AND LIVE IN A MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTY). HE FIXED A SMALL PROBLEM WITH ONE FURNACE'S PILOT LIGHT, CLEANED THE VENTS, CLEANED THE FURNACES AND CHANGED THE FILTERS. ONE FURNACE HAD BEEN SLUGGISH, AND IT'S NOW RUNNING REALLY WELL!
