I tried calling the company a couple times and kept getting a recording. I tried one more time, and Jeffrey Scheidt, I presume, answered the phone. I read on Angieand quot;s list that he did repairs, and he verified he did so. I had a fabric covered button that needed a repair. He asked if I had extra material which I did. He said he could do the repair for about $10. He would call me the next day after he looked at his schedule to see when he could come over. I only live down the street from his shop. I waited the next day, but he never called. I left a recorded message on his answering machine saying I had not heard from him gave him my phone number again. On the third day I left another message repeated that he told me he was going to call me, but that I had still not heard anything. I added that I would have to file an adverse report on Angie's List if he still did not respond as he said he would. Nothing. It seems he had no intention of doing the repair for some reason--even though I lived very nearby.

He was actually cheaper than his estimate. He did a great job with them. He told me what day he would have them done they were done right when he said they would be. I found him by calling a wrong company who doesn't do this type of work and he was recommended. I would absolutely use him again.
