IF A PHONE NUMBER IS TAKEN DOWN INCORRECTLY I WOULD NORMALLY RESEARCH THE NAME AND TRY TO GET THE CORRECT NUMBER FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES SUCH AS: OUR CUSTOMER BASE, THE WHITE PAGES OR 411.
