+ -1 moreTheir payment policy was very unusual. They wanted cash and wanted it before the work was done. There was more than 4 men which was again not common. They did a good job although I would not hire again considering their cash up front policy and too many people to communicate where I wanted things. Overwhelming.

+ -1 moreThe movers worked with my brother when he needed to reschedule the move twice, they helped him fix some bookcases that were falling apart with age, and they stayed with him the entire day until the job was finished to his satisfaction. Since we had agreed upon a fixed price, most of which was paid up front, I was fearful they'd cut the job short or leave little things undone. That didn't happen. My brother had nothing but good things to say about them and I was relieved knowing the move was over with no mishaps. I was so pleased that I mailed them a little extra money since the job had taken longer than their estimate, but this was not something they asked for.
Description of Work: They were hired to help my mentally disabled brother move into senior housing. I was very worried the move wouldn't go well as my brother sometimes gets things confused, and I couldn't be there since I live several states away.
