Description of Work: Very much satisfied. Started using them last year, 2014, when my lawn looked terrible, weeds, dandelions etc. Now in just one year my lawn looks great. no weeds and no dandelions. Both my neighbors on either side of me have a yard full of dandelions but my lawn is green and weed free. | |Highly reccommend.They always call before coming out and are there when they say they will be.

Description of Work: Unique provided my lawn care service for two years. Service was fine. I had to have them out a number of time to treat for weeds that popped up between treatments and some that just never seemed to go away. They responded in a reasonable time to these requests. I shop this service every couple years and decided to more to a different firm this year.

Description of Work: Unique provides our lawn care - feeding, weed control, aeration, etc. We have been very pleased with service. They are very responsive to our questions and concerns. Other providers we used in the past have been careless in treating a particular sloping area of our backyard - essentially scalping it by spinning tires during damp conditions. Unique has gone out of their way to be careful of this and other potential trouble spots.

Description of Work: Date is a guess as it was last summer sometime. Told me they would come out in 1week if the weeds weren't gone. I called more than once but it drug out until it was time for my regular treatment. This happened twice. I discontinued the service.

Description of Work: It was for our fall treatment. These people are awesome & always do a great job! Besides the lawn they spray for insects around our foundation & insist that you call if needed to be sprayed again at no extra charge. We have been so happy with their staff & service!

Description of Work: They are providing lawn care service - feeding and weeding control, etc. For me, a grade of "B" in the lawn care area is terrific. Been through a lot of different services over the last few decades. I like the Unique people. Prices are about average, I think. Have had a little grub control problem, but they are due to take care of this soon. They seem very willing to work on any problem I report to them. Last year - with their service - our lawn never looked better, but I suppose that was due in part to the helpful weather. This year is holding. I will use them next year.

They were always on time, and good at letting us know when one of the services |provided might be dangerous for our dog, for a certain amount of time after application. | We are not gardeners or people who are totally familiar with lawn care, so we took their advice. But whether it was because of Unique's service, or because |Cincinnati had a very wet summer, our lawn always looked good in 2014. | We would recommend Unique to our friends.
