Description of Work: Provider treated lawn for 1 full season. This spring we still had numerous weeds after a full season of service. The providers communication, punctuality and professionalism was adequate. Results of their treatment program seemed inadequate. As I look around my neighborhood, my neighbors don't have the various and numerous weeds that we have in our lawn.....so I'm going to try using the providers my neighbors are using.

Description of Work: They do what they say. Per my request call ahead of time. Looking at their time stamp on invoice they take about 5 minutes do fertilize my entire lawn (3/4 acre). The last two treatments left green streaks in the lawn as if the applicator was putting too much product on the law. My lawn wasn't impressive at all vs neighbors who don't use a service yet the weeds were gone. After 3 years of their service I'm changing to another service that was considerably less then their price.

Description of Work: The week after their weed application, I had 3 dandelions. They came back to respray the day after I called. However by the end of the season the lawn had patches of weeds throughout. They also supposed to call the the before so I could clean up after the dog and keep him off the lawn. I'm going back to my old lawn service.

Description of Work: Lawn had a lot of fungus for the first time and they tried to blame it on the people that cut the grass. Neighbor, same people cutting grass, no fungus and was still with old company that I had before. Went to them on price and they tried very hard to make right, but not overall happy with way lawn looks.
