Description of Work: 6 treatments per year and if you prepay free aerating. they always let me know before they come and the lawn looks great. switched to them after true green skipped me for 3 months. there price is less than true green two.

Description of Work: Since you asked...Last year (2013) was the first year I used Unique Lawn Care. Unfortunately the lawn looked the worst that it has ever looked. I decided after an extensive discussion with the Unique Lawn representative that I would give Unique Lawn another chance this year. So far, although an early spring treatment was put down March 27, the weeds are doing just fine and they are everywhere. I didn't answer the question about whether I would use this company in the future because I want to see if they can turn around the lawn this year. We currently have the worst looking lawn in the neighborhood - and that includes comparisons to my neighbors who don't do anything for their lawn.

Description of Work: They provided a reliable service and did all they said they would do. They did attempt to continue the service beyond the contract period by visiting and billing separately for an additional treatment in November. I called and specifically told them to stop the service until I requested resumption of it again, which they did. They also were quick to apply their treatment in a timely manner, but they offered no help with a specific issue about my yard, which, I believe, was unrelated to the treatments. They did fall short of being a service provider that would be classified in the "100%" category, with regard to customer satisfaction.
