It's amazing that they started out as a little company with 1 or 2 trucks down in Cincinnati. Now they are always busy and have a fleet of men. They have a complete range of services. They will pack your things, and they will ship it, price it, or do whatever you need done. They try to accommodate you. I have used them 2 or 3 times, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I would grade them a B on their price. Everything is pretty much good about them. They are very reliable. I think that is why they have expanded so successfully.

The experience was okay; they did a good job. We packed our belongings ourselves then they loaded the truck and moved them. I will use them again in the future if I had a coupon.

The office staff is wonderful. They keep you updated about the move, where you stand, what is the time frame and everything. The men who actually did the moving were fine. They did a good job.

This entire experience has been very unpleasant. I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my Uncle’s furniture from his condominium to his new assisted living facility. While they arrived on time, that was the last pleasant experience of the day. The junior member of the team had no regard for my uncle’s property at all. On several occasions he bumped the articles he was carrying into the walls and woodwork. One time actually chipping the plaster. I spoke to him asking that he take more care. His response was “I’m not trying to do it”. That discussion changed nothing. His next trip down the hall he banged a bed rail into the wall. I then asked his supervisor to talk to him. That didn’t do any good either. His carelessness continued we arrived at the new location. I filled out paper work noting the damage and was told I would receive a call to arrange a time to have the repairs made. After the move was complete I called Two Men and a Truck and spoke with Tim, the franchise owner. He was apologetic and said he would have someone contact me after he got the paperwork from his men. When I hadn’t heard from Tim in a week I called and was told I would be contacted by his repair person. I was contacted later that day. On the day the repairs were to be made I waited for over an hour and a half for the person to show up. He was late because he was given the incorrect address from Tim. As he started the repair I asked him how he was going to match the paint after he made the plaster repair. He chipped out some additional plaster and said he would get some paint to match. I haven’t heard from him since. I don’t have the time or patience to deal with this issue any longer so I haven’t called them again and certainly won't use them again.

The two movers I had were professional and friendly. Overall it went very well and I would reuse them again.

We had used this facility several times and had had wonderful service from everyone. When I called this time, no one that I had spoken with before was still there. The person who came out to give the estimate did not listen very well to what was being moved. He guestimated a lot more boxes than we thought we would have. The quote was emailed and one phone call. That was it, never heard from anyone again. The price was more than double what we actually spent with another company. Because the move was on the holiday weekend I believe they didn't want to do it, so the price was high. We were actually moving on Friday not the weekend anyway. Until this experience I would have recommended them to anyone. Not so sure anymore.

Everything was wonderful, and they are an excellent company. They knew my armiour was custom-made and important to me, so they were very careful to wrap it and move it gently. They did really good work, and I would recommend them to anybody. They came in under time, so the cost ended up being less than estimated. They were nice, polite and clean-cut, and even put things together for me. I really appreciated them, and would certainly consider using them again.

The price is for packing and the move.

Horrible! The truck was late, did not call as promised when they left the previous location, they did not use any padding, broke and scratched 6 pieces of furniture (about all I own). Men were not in good physical condition and would not lift easily. It took 6 hours for 1 bedroom. Working with the office was a nightmare, would not return my calls after the handyman surveyed my property and told me that they broke policy by not using padding. I am stuck with a broken couch (the frame), TV that was mishandled, scratched dressers, banged up desk (drawers opened when moving and were banged into the doorway, scratched kitchen table, they really messed up the hardwood floors in my new place and headquarters had no response to my calls and mails either. It took way too long and I was over charged. In the process of trying to work it out with the office, I was yelled at, swear words were used and hung up on.

Was very pleased with the crew that did the moving. They were on time, and careful not to damage any of the furniture. They were able to do the move on relatively short notice. This was the second time we hired this company.

IN GENERAL, WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY HAD A MAJOR JOB GETTING OUR REFRIGERATOR DOWN OUR BASEMENT STEPS, BUT IT EVENTUALLY WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE WOULD BE THREE WORKERS, BUT WRE INSTEAD ONLY TWO.
