Went Very well. I was gling to have loghts repainted but they said it would look better and be more cost effective to put up new lights. And that is whay we did. The lights and cement step Looks great!

As smooth as you could hope for! They were very helpful and got me on the schedule quickly and the job went smoothly! It was a pleasurable experience all around.

Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!

Pretty good.

Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive.

They were fabulous! Efficient, professional, polite, knowledgeable and worked very hard all day to complete all three projects. I will definitely call again!

Man was thorough. Did not quit until it was all lit. He even brought my Christmas tree in the Tree Bag into the family room from the garage for me to set up.

Excellent. Randy came first thing in the morning and was right on time. He evaluated and took care of the problem quickly and even cleaned the windows while he was on the roof!

Everything was done correctly and properly and allowed me to check off two more projects before winter set in. Both Mark and Simon (and Tim) were professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. Enjoyed the the time I spent with them. Would highly recommend them, as well as will reach out next spring for some additional projects I have plan for our old house.

The house had spent decades under the care of our aging parents, so it needed a lot of careful attention to update nearly everything without compromising the unique historical beauty of the house. Owner Tim of Tristate brought decades of renovation experience to our project, leading a crew of workers representing all the trades. This meant fewer delays and mistakes on our project. The work was excellent! Skilled work done efficiently and meticulously. Tim (owner) was wonderful to work with and Tom was such a pleasure to work with! He was here for 4 weeks and we really loved his quality work. And he is such a great person! Would highly recommend!

Worked quickly and did a great job.

We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees.
