They were great. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. Great on the cleanup too. We more than got our money's worth. We will be using them again in the spring

We had an estimate done in August and Shane told us it would be about 6-8 weeks to get the work done. They came in October and completed all the work in a few hours. They even removed some dead branches from a bush we did not want to have cut out at no cost! Shane and the workers were very friendly and professional. We will definitely call them again when we need trees and shrubs removed. We have already recommended them to others who need work done.

We had Tree Images remove two large (60 ft) Ash trees from our back yard. We had two other quotes prior to getting the quote from tree images. The other two quotes were both in the neighborhood of $2500-$2700. Tree images gave us a quote of about $1200. I had seen from other reviews that their pricing typically beat other companies, and that they had great overall reviews for the quality of the work performed. Initially, Shane told me that it would take a couple months for them to get to my job, but they called me up a month early and asked if they could perform the work. I was fine with that and had them come out. They cut both trees down, ground the stumps and removed the debris, and I had them leave the larger parts of the trees so I could use for firewood. they left that in 4 foot sections in a pile in the back. It took a few hours with my own chain saw to cut those into smaller, firewood sized, sections, but given the cost savings from the other companies it was worth it. Tree images cleaned up nicely when the were done. To be honest, it didn't even look like they had been there after they'd finished. Forget the larger companies out there, save yourself the money and go with Tree Images you get a more personalized experience, and probably better quality, for a much cheaper price.

He came out and did the estimate while I was at work, and left the estimate in my mailbox. I had gotten estimates from at least 3-4 other tree removal companies, and his was not only the best price, but he was the only one to mention the neighbor's limbs touching my roof. He told me this can cause algae to grow on the shingles, and ultimately damage the roof. I called to schedule the removal, and it was his busy season, so we scheduled the service for month out, which I was fine with. When the day came, his team showed up early in the morning to start work, and worked throughout the day while I went to work myself. When I came home, everything was gone and taken care of, and I left a check in the mailbox for him to pick up the next morning. I'm not going to lie, our yard was a little beat up from the trucks/wood chippers, but we threw down some grass seed, and a few months later, you can hardly tell. I think Tree Images was professional, prompt, and fair. I have recommended their services to others, and I would certainly use them again.

I left a message which was returned w/in 24 hours. They came out and left me a quote which was very reasonable. I called and added the limbs over the house because the quote was so reasonable and they said they'd be out the next week. I came home one day the following week and the work was done! No mess or trace that it had been done...I just happened to look up and notice! I would definitely recommend Tree Images and will use them in the future.

Team was professional, prompt and did an outstanding job of removing our trees. We will be using them again. Outstanding customer service.

Paid for initial Angie's list deal in early July and did receive a prompt estimate on total work. We were told it would be a few weeks until the work could be done. I called at the end of Asugust or early September, and was curtly told that they were behind because of weather conditions and the person hung up before I could ask another question. Really - bad weather! Where were they! So, I had honestly given up on getting the work done when they showed up without prior notice.

Good job, better than I expexted.

I thought it was ridiculous. See I have a big tree in my back yard and all I wanted was some of the limbs trimmed because the limbs were falling on my neighbors property. Just to take the top of the tree down I thought was ridiculous. I could have the whole tree down for that kind of money. I feel that he didn't work with me on the estimate. There was no kind of negotiation or working with me as a consumer. He was punctual. He wasn't late or anything. I don't think he was professional because he didn't work with me.

Excellent. Tree Images schedule a estimate, called me prior to time, and showed up at my convenience. The estimate was fast and understandable. Originally was told that work could not be scheduled until November because of backlog which was OK at the time. Later when a large branch fell, I called and asked if work could be moved up. They were very accommodating and moved the job to the following Friday. Crew arrived on-time, as scheduled and were most efficient in removing the large tree with no damage to the house and negligible damage to the yard. The stump was completely ground and the site was cleaned up in an exceptional manner. All this was accomplished in under 3 hours. Thanks Tree Images!

I received a timely and fair estimate from the company owner and had the work done the following week. The two gentlemen that did the work were very polite and knew what they were doing. Hauled away the branches and cleaned up remaining debris and worked carefully around my house and my neighbor's home. I am very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

They were very professional, got the work done quickly, and removed all the waste. They did miss a branch but came back and took care of it within a week without any push-back after we called.

All was well. Missed 1 stump but came back the next day to do it. Bill was off but immediately corrected.

For the tree work we used Tree Images. They came last Fall.

Other companies would not reply to requests for a quote, or replied saying they would come to compile a quote on a certain day then never did. Tree Images replied within the day of my request and had a quote in my mailbox in less than a week. 3 weeks later they took the tree down. Good stuff.

From the start, quick and responsive with inquiry to get an estimate. Since I did not need to be home for the estimate and the stump was in the front yard, Tree Images left the estimate for me AND followed up letting me know they completed the estimate. Their price was on-point and he came by a few days later and performed the work. The work was great and met our satisfaction! He even emailed to follow to make sure we were happy with the work. We will definitely use Tree Images for any future tree work. So easy to work with!

Very prompt in getting the quote and scheduling a time to get the work done. Had to reschedule once due to weather, but they came on the final scheduled day first thing in the morning and had all 5 trees removed a little after lunch. These were big trees in a wooded area in the backyard, and they did their best to not disturb the surrounding plants and trees. Very professional and a great job.

Not only was Tree Images the low bidder on the job they got the job done the fastest time even though they said 3 to 4 weeks it was only 10 days from the estimate date...This in my opinion was a tuff job, but they handled it like pro's. I highly recommend them. why go any where else...

Large (~ 50 ft) tree taken down by a storm in our front yard, fortunately missing our and neighbor's houses but did take down neighbor's electric line. We had bid from Tree Images w/i hours of call and tree removed, stump, ground up, and yard cleaned up within 24 -36 hrs. And to boot, their bid was $500 less than next closest bid and 3Xs less than highest. Very professional and personable, would recommend highly.

Estimate was given day after first contact. Service was scheduled for a week and a half out from acceptance of estimate. Was reschedule one day due to weather. Crew showed first thing in the morning with equipment. Was about 4 guys. They immediately got to work and trees were down and gone in a little over an hour. Crew cleaned up and left. You would never know there were even trees there! Hassle free, perfect service

We had used Tree Images previously to take some large trees out, and were happy with the results as well as the cost. So naturally when it came time to have more work done we contacted them again, but this time with much different results. I'll have to say, that they did a nice job clearing out the sticks from the wooded area bordering our lawn, but beyond that, we were pretty disappointed with their timeliness, quality and charges. It took them a long time to come out to do the job. They said it would be a couple of weeks, but after patiently for about 6 weeks, it took me contacting them again for them to commit to a day When they finally did come, except for the sticks mentioned above, the quality of work was well below what was expected. Even the manager was not happy and had to send the crew back. But the finished product was still not impressive. Communication between the team and manager was poor. When they came back they had no idea what to do because the manager had not communicated to them what he was not happy with. Then the manager had the gull to charge us an extra $100 because they had come back out. Once I complained and explained why, he did apologize and dropped the extra $100. But what really made it frustrating was that we had already felt over charged for the partial tree they took out, and they would not explain why the charge was so high. The tree was not particularly tall, and was leaning on a one story free standing garage in the same area as the shrubs they were clearing out. It had fallen the day before they came out, so it was not included as part of the original estimate. It was very easy to get on the roof with a step ladder to reach the tree. The head guy on the job said the $500 charge was for the "risk" involved. But when I explained to the manager that this was a very high charge compared to the huge trees they had taken out last year, and asked how taking this tree out was "risky", his response was simply, "it's the risk involved." In other words, he could not, or would not justify this high charge. I am sorry that I gave this company more business by recommending them to my brother-in-law earlier in the yr. And I am sorry I recommended them on the "Next Door" website when someone had posted they were looking for someone to take out some trees. I certainly plan to go back to that website to renege my previous recommendation. Needless to say, for any work we may need done in the future, we will certainly look else where.

Work was careful, complete, and according to our requests exactly. They cut up all the trees and hauled away the brush and branches. We requested they leave us the logs for future firewood, which they did, stacking it in place. The stumps they ground down. Although they originally started to haul away all the wood chips they produced, once my wife asked them to leave this for valuable mulch, they created a neat large pile at the edge of our driveway which was sufficient mulch for almost the entire yard. The one aspect they could have improved was the scheduling process. A couple of times we had said they could come to do the job, but they didn't contact us back. Overall they were very accommodating and cleaned up very well.

Excellent. They were responsive about returning my calls. They came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the removal and trimming. They scheduled the work within a reasonable timeframe. They called ahead of their arrival. Then they arrived on time to do the work. They were sensitive to my garden plants below the trees while doing the work. They were fast, efficient and professional. The price was as quoted. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

We originally hired Tree Images to remove a still standing, yet dangerously leaning, pine tree, from our front yard. They were very quick in coming out to give an estimate. Our time was scheduled for Tuesday, June 2. But mother nature intervened last night, knocking the tree down. Thankfully nobody was hurt and no property was damaged! So I called this morning, leaving them a message of what happened, asking if we needed to change anything with the time, and if it would change the price. They called back right away, said they would be there within the hour. If it weren't for the big patch of brown, you would never know a tree used to stand in our yard. They did a wonderful job of removing the pine tree and cleaning everything up! And, they took care of it for less than the estimate they gave! Thanks Tree Images!
