I recently moved into a new home and wanted to estimates on removing some trees. I called tree images and within a day they were out to give me an estimate. Their price was extremely fair so we decided to get some o the work done. A couple weeks later they started and did a fantastic job. They finished the entire project in 1/2 day and cleaned up very well. I definitely plan on using them again for future projects.

The work was completed to my specifications and all was cleaned up in a short period of time. Very impressed! Would most definitely hire again!

Initial response was prompt. After we accepted the estimate an appointment was made in lees than two weeks. They arrived at appointed time and went to work. The work was completed in two days (they were BIG trees). We were very happy with the work and would recommend Tree Images and use them again.

These were large trees that had to be taken down between a pool, power lines and a shed. Used a scissor lift which did little to no damage to my yard. Excellent job! Did a great job of cleaning all debris. I have used several tree companies in the past and couldn't have been more happy with the quality of the job along with the price. Thanks guys! Great Job!

The crew were efficient, hard-working and polite. The trees look great and the crew cleaned up very well. They came within a week of my initial phone call to give me an estimate and once I accepted, they said they'd do the job in 3-6 weeks. They came 4 weeks after I had agreed, brought sufficient machinery and men to do the job and clean up all in one day. They arrived at 8 am and had finished by 3 pm--I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the work for such a big job and subsequent cleanup.

We needed our walnut and pine trees trimmed because they were growing over the roof. The quotes ranged all the way up to $700. The Tree Images quote was the most reasonable for the amount of work. They projected 4-6 weeks for the work and showed up four weeks later. The work was done promptly and the trees look great. I will definitely hire again.

Tree Images came out and were very polite, and they worked extremely quickly. In total they were probably at my house about 45 minutes. They took down the tree, cut and ground it, removed the stump and filled the hole with dirt. They were a bit expensive considering how long they were here, but they did a great job and I'm very happy with how my house looks without the tree. I recommend them!

I called to get an estimate on having our trees trimmed. They said they would be out Thursday of the week I called. Needless to say, 4 weeks later, they still haven't shown up.

We recently experienced a down tree on our rental property during a overnight wind storm. We called Tree Images and they provided an estimate and came out to service our two family right away. They were very reasonable, extremely professional, and provided an emergency service exactly when we needed it. Our tenants were able to pass the drive in time for work and we couldn't be happier that we called them.

They cleaned up, they did what they said they were going to do. They were great.

I'm writing the review to complement the on-site staff who performed the service. I found the service on Angie's List, requested a quote, and got one the very next day. Unfortunately, I told them it was fine to quote the job when I was not at home so there was some confusion as to the exact nature and scope of the work to be performed. Anyway, when I contacted them to schedule, I was initially told that it would be approx 5 weeks. I explained that I need to have the fence fixed so earlier would be appreciated. Today there was a knock on the door and there was a crew ready to do the work. That less than 3 work days after I requested service so that was a very nice surprise. However, the crew was unclear as to what needed cutting because the person who provided the quote did not address the issue of a large fallen tree next to the ones on the fence. Luckily, I was here to clarify and they worked with me to quickly take care of my problem. They guys were great and even pushed back up the leaning portion of the fence. Thanks, guys! I did not rate the service higher simply because I think that customers should be called before the crew is sent out on the job to ensure that they know they are coming, can clarify work to be performed, and are able to pay. I would definitely use them again but would be here when the quote was given and ensure that the work order was sufficiently specific for the crew.

I was given a quote in November. which included the price, the time that the job would take, and the time that the job would be performed. Tree Images met all three. Some of these trees were in a very confined space. All trees were cut down with minimal damage to other trees and bushes. One section of chain link fence was hit by a large fallen branch and they repaired the fence like new immediately. I did not have to mention it to them. I had used Tree Images in the past and I was happy with that work. I also appreciate that they e-mailed me copies of their insurance and workman's compensation documents before they started the job.

Tree Images came in on the day that was promised and began assessing the 2 trees that were in question. We wanted them them trim out all the dead branches and also trim these trees away from the house. We had a large number of branches extending over to the house and making our gutters a nightmare to maintain. Tree Images people brought just the right amount of people to begin work on both trees at one time. They were very diligent and wasted no time in reducing the unneeded branches that would give us issues in the future. The staff was very friendly and very tidy as you would not even know they were there if you didn't know what was performed. A Very good value for our money. This is the second time we used Tree Images and would be happy to use again.

Arrived on time. Cut what I asked them to cut, cleaned up the debris, and hauled away the trimmings. Efficient and friendly. I'd definitely recommend them.

They did great work at a great price, scheduling was a bit of an issue. I scheduled the job in late August early September, but the work wasn't complete until mid December. Apparently they where backed up due to all the rain, but the price and quality was well worth the delay.
