Tree Images

It went great! The tree was in a tricky place in the backyard, but the guys came in first thing Monday morning and efficiently removed it without a trace of their being here. They were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them. It is so refreshing when you get great service :)

They worked with me to accomadate my scheduling preference. They arrived on time and all the work was done as promised. Initially, tree Images was my second choice but should have been my first choice. Their price was very reasonable and actually the best of the 3 that I obtained. I had about 20 baby plants in the backyard work area that I covered with buckets to mark and protect them from the tree work beoing done. I'm glad to say Tree Images was very consciencious in avoiding damage to the plants and all escaped without harm!

Very quick to respond to my request. They took out 2 huge maple trees, very close to wires. They were extremely efficient, safe and easy to work with. Lot of little things that really sets them apart as professionals. Highly recommend!

The crew that showed up did an outstanding job removing a damaged tree and cleaning up after. They were able to get the tree out without damaging any other trees that were close by. My only issue would be communication. They were supposed to come on July 2, but showed up on July 1 without prior notification. I happened to be home when they showed up so it wasn't a problem.

Incredible. I received a competitive estimate. On the day of the service, the crew showed up - on time - and went right to work. Everything was completed in less than one hour. In addition, the clean up was amazing!

George arrived the day I called to give me a price and commit to doing the work. The crew arrived at 7:30 am the next day and had the 60 foot tree cut down, chipped, area cleaned up and were driving away after being paid in 50 minutes! I'm very happy with the work that was done. The dead 50 - 60 foot tree that was cut down was broken all the way through and was hanging up in a nearby tree. It would have fallen when it cracked if not for the nearby tree. This was an emergency job because the tree was leaning toward the neighbors house and driveway, and was dangerously close to falling at any minute.

It went perfectly from start to finish.

They were very professional. They did the work very quickly and were able to provide an estimate. There were 4 or 5 people doing the work and it took about 2 hours complete.

This crew arrived early in the morning with at least six workers and several trucks and trailers full of gear. Because of the proximity to the house they had to rope most of the limbs and trunk sections to the ground. The tree diameters were 25", 31", 33" and were too big for the chipper so they had to transport the trunk sections to the road to load on trailers. I expected this job to take 2 or 3 days but they completed the job in one day. This crew had the expertise and equipment to do a big job in a minimum amount of time. Tree Images has my higest reccomendation

The provider was very easy to work with, responded promptly, cleaned up after themselves, and waited for my call to express my satisfaction before billing me. I was impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and to use them again.

I called for an estimate. George came out the next morning to give the estimate. Because it was a relatively small job, he was able to come back the following morning and cut the limb into pieces and toss it into the back woods. I appreciated how quickly it was done. I had used Tree Images in the past for a large project. They do good work and I would hire them again.

It was around $150, it was minimal. They were extremely professional. They came and got the job done, they cleaned up, and they were very reasonably priced. It wasn't a huge job, but they were very good.

They did an excellent job! We thought that the price was very reasonable. They came when they said that they were going to come and they did a great, quick, and neat job. They cleaned up after themselves. You can't even tell that a machinery was in our yard or that they had ground up stump. They just cleaned everything perfectly. They were punctual and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. You never know that they had been here, just the fact that the trees were gone.

I'm very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them.

They showed up promptly when scheduled, very nice people to work with. they did accidentally leave a board they used but when I informed them , it was removed quickly. All in all great service for a fair price.

Over all I was pleased but we had a misunderstanding about ...I thought he was to munch the limbs but instead he just threw them over the hill. If I had known this I would have had him take the limbs with them.............

Everything went well until we asked about the huge pile of wood shavings left by grinding out the stump. They replied it was not in their contract to clean up the wood shavings. They did clean them up, but were obviously not happy about it. We have used Tree Images several times over the years and have never been told the cleanup was not included. We were asked not to call them again.

That tree is now straighter than it has ever been!

Tree Images did an excellent job removing a large tree that had fallen on my house after a storm. They were very busy, but were able to get out quickly to remove the tree so I could proceed with the repairs to my home. Also, they quoted a great price...other companies quoted a higher price to only remove a portion of the tree instead of the entire tree. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We had contracted with Tree Images to remove numerous old, large, trees in our backyard during the winter months. Tree Images exceeded our expectations for this project. The trees to be removed were extremely old and large and in some instances very close to other trees. The crew that was sent out did a fantastic job of not only cutting down the trees but was meticulous in cleaning up debris from the yard as the removal was occurring. The crew was extremely professional. The owner of the company sent an additional crew on the last day to complete the job on time. I would give Tree Images an A plus and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking tree removal

I feel like I was being attacked by an army :) Yesterday they called (I had asked to be put on their list for sometime after the first of the year) and asked if today would be alright... I said yes. Then around 9:00 or so they pulled up. Trucks towing trailers and equipment. The men jumped out of the trucks and began laying plywood on my front lawn to protect it from their truck. Some were cutting limbs off the giant Ash while others were taking down the tree in the back yard and grinding a stump. They cleaned up the entire mess and I wrote them a check. We have used Tree Images over the years and they have always been "Top Notch" - this time was no exception, they were great!

The men work continuously, explained what they were doing and were very polite.

Very professional. They did the work just as they said they would. They took everything away and did a good job of cleaning up the sawdust/wood chips. I recommend them. They had the best price.

Tree Images is a busy company so had to schedule the work a few weeks after the initial estimate but was worth the wait. I would be hesitant to use a company that wasn't busy. Their estimate to remove two 50'+ locust trees leaning toward house and garage and two other trees leaning over neighbor's fence, all in difficult locations, was in range of all 5 and much lower than 3 of the estimates we received. They were prompt and responsive to questions, showed up at the time they stated, did the work estimated and even cleared a large pile of brush for us that wasn't in the estimate. Considering the size and location of the trees, cleanup was very thorough and collateral damage was limited to a small bush (that I knew would be in the way of the cherry picker beforehand and accepted its loss before work began). They were very polite and professional from the time of the initial estimate to the time the work was complete. I will be recommending Tree Images to anyone in need of tree service and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have an old locust tree that should have been cut down years ago, It had to be 80 feet tall and leaning a little towards the house about 20 feet away, I was a little nervous about bringing it down. They were here a little over a hour, and put the tree on the ground EXACTLY where we wanted it. Very nice job, these guys know what they are doing.
