EXCELLENT. Todd was hired to lay tile in the bathroom (bid was $400). It was a mess because tile had been laid on plywood. Therefore the subfloor was a challenge. He worked hard to level the floor and lay cement board in the bathroom. He then laid the tile and grouted it. It turned out beautifully. ***Todd does not sell flooring. I provided tile and grout. He provided everything else (thin set, cement board, floor leveler). While he was here, I was trying to lay vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen. He made time to skim coat and prep the kitchen floor because I had taken on more than I was capable of doing. He also gave me pointers on how to lay the floor and helped with the difficult cuts. The threshold was also more than I was capable of doing on my own. I provided the threshold and Todd stretched the carpet and installed the threshold. Todd was very kind and patient. He is personable and professional. I'm having him back to lay tile in a hallway.
