William contacted me to see if I still needed help and walked me through the troubleshooting process. He did not visit, as I already had another provider scheduled, but he was very helpful and courteous.

Description of Work: I would hire Bill and the Service Pros again in a heartbeat! (Though with their good work, I know we won’t need any AC help for a long while!) Bill and Zachary came out right away for an emergency job. Our AC was broken, it was a hot summer day and only getting hotter, and we had a newborn at home. I so appreciated that they were able to get our old, broken-down system running until it could be replaced. At every step of the way, Bill was a great communicator, and explained what needed to be done and why. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and very fair. He made sure we had the right system for our needs, and was very respectful of our budget. I enthusiastically recommend the Service Pros! I trust Bill and Zachary’s work, and appreciate their professionalism!
