Description of Work: Housecleaning. I needed it last week, but it didn't happen because of a prior poor "deal" didn't work out when the owner or whomever I was speaking with was very rude and unresponsive to come at the time that we'd agreed upon. So I called Angie's List again, and asked for a refund of that prepaid deal. After we finished the refund conversation, Angie's List got me a new one. The new one was awesome!!! It is The Pristine Company, LLC in Cincinnati Ohio. Even though I scheduled them last week, they were able to come today and do 4 hours of cleaning for the deal price. I would hire Leanne, Amber, George, and Jen again in a heartbeat. They even did things liking taking out my garbage, which I didn't expect. They were totally professional, asked me if they didn't know what I wanted, etc. They are the best that I have ever exxperienced in my local area. Thank you!!!

They tackled exactly what we needed and asked them to do, and they tackled it well. Great price and great communication. We've already recommended them to others.

 + -1 moreSplendidly. Two women, whose names I will not mention on this forum, arrived at our front door at approximately 9:15 AM. We were given a 2 hour time window between 9 and 11 AM. Talk about punctuality. They were friendly, professional and completely thorough in their work. Attention to detail and a good "bedside manner" are extremely important to me. I called the owner to to compliment them and to ensure these two will come on a regular basis. The owner was also extremely pleasant and professional. She came to our home several weeks ago to peruse the situation, gave us a timely quote; needless to say, we're quite pleased. I would recommend them in a heart beat. The only thing I would change, in fact I shared this with the owner, is having two black labs with beige carpeting doesn't make for a great vacuuming situation. The vacuums that Pristine used just seemed to push the hair around. Since we have two vacuums, one for each floor, I asked her to have the ladies use our vacuum cleaners next time. NO PROBLEM she said. This being said, USE THEM. Many people in our neighborhood have them. Pristine is top notch in my book. Dave Hakes

Description of Work: These women are great. They are thorough and can work you in at the last minute. I initially contacted them for a "thorough cleaning" of my son's apartment for a birthday gift. He was so impressed, he uses them on a regular basis now.
