 + -1 moreTHIS HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY NICE. THE SALESMAN AT HERITAGE POINTE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL AND POLITE. ALL IN ALL THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT AS ADVERTISED AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY BUILT OUR NEW HOME. WE PICKED A MODEL, MADE A DOWN PAYMENT, SIGNED THE CONTRACTS, SELECTED OUR OPTIONS, COLORS AND ALL THE OTHER THINGS THAT GO WITH A NEW HOME.

IT MAKES THE COMMUNICATION & CLOSING MUCH QUICKER & THEY ENCOURAGE IT. HONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN'T DO, RATHER THAN SET UP UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS.
