Home Depot estimates and measurement team were prompt and courteous. Quote provided needed to be revisited to adjust for padding prices and to ensure custom binding was properly accounted for per customer request. Work and craftsmanship overall was very good provided by contractors through certified flooring. Work was completed efficiently and clean up was good as well.

Home Depot kitchen designer Bonnie Schantz was a dream come true: knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. Home Depot installer, David Finn, did meticulous work of which he should be proud and for which we are grateful. Kraft Maid cabinets look elegant, are well-made, and operate beautifully. We are thrilled with every aspect of our Home Depot kitchen and feel blessed to have worked with such kind, consummate professionals.

I originally went to Home Depot to research a tank-less water heater. After talking to a manager and realizing that installation cost would be out of our price range, he quoted me a price to have a gas water heater installed. When I called the next day to order the Water Heater I was quoted a different price (several installation fees that the manager never told me about that I had specifically asked about). After being on the phone for over an hour Home Depot did adjust the price somewhat. We scheduled the installation and at the scheduled time slot nobody showed up. We had to reschedule for the next day -- where the services were performed well.

They were offering a sale that we didn't know about a couple of days after we placed the order. They made us aware of it and actually credited us back for over 300 dollars. They were very careful and very efficient. This is definitely somebody I would recommend them.

Home Depot was helpful in designing the deck. They took our personal measurements, loaded it into their system and printed out blue prints, telling us how much wood and materials we would need to purchase and the approximate cost. We purchased all materials from Home Depot. Had to visit a few Home Depots to get help on the computer but once we got it, it was great.

AFTER THAT IT WAS ANOTHER 3 WEEKS BEFORE A FINAL QUOTE WAS READY. ONCE THE FINAL QUOTE WAS READY, I STATED THAT THERE WERE MATERIALS ON THE LIST THAT WERE NOT NEEDED. THE CLERK TOLD ME THAT THE MEASUREMENT PERSON SAID THEY WERE SO I HAD TO PAY. IF THEY WERE NOT USED, I COULD RETURN. I RETURNED OVER $600 IN MATERIALS. THE FLOOR WAS TO BE INSTALLED ON A DIAGONAL. IT WASN'T. THEY DID REDUCE THE LABOR CHARGE. AS IT TURNS OUT THE FLOOR WAS SQUARED UP TO THE WRONG WALL, AND ALL IMPERFECTIONS ARE NOTICEABLE. THE PROCESS TOOK ENTIRELY TOO LONG. THE GOOD PART OF THE FLOOR IS COVERED WITH APPLIANCES. THE BAD PART OF THE FLOOR IS RIGHT OUT IN THE OPEN AND IMMEDIATELY NOTICEABLE. 3 MONTHS LATER THE GROUT IS CHIPPING OUT OF A CORNER WHERE HORIZONTAL, AND VERTICAL TILE COME TOGETHER. HOME DEPOT'S INSTALLER WAS CONTACTED, AND HE DID SAY HE WOULD FIX IT. THE IN STORE PERSONNEL HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY, AND HAVE TRIED TO FIX ISSUES, BUT IT HAS BEEN ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS BEFORE SHOWING US WHAT THEY HAD TO OFFER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE MEN WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE HOME DEPOT ASKED US SEVERAL QUESTIONS THAT WOULD HELP US TO PICK OUT THE RIGHT SIZE WATER HEATER. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME THE DAY IT WAS TO BE INSTALLED. THE STAFF THERE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.

RICK AND CHRIS WERE GREAT! RICK SULLIVAN TOOK ALL THE MEASUREMENTS. THIS WAS A RUSH JOB AND RICK MADE IT HAPPEN. HE WAS VERY NICE. CHRIS WAS THE BETTER OF THE TWO INSTALLERS. HE WAS SUPERB, FRIENDLY AND AMICABLE. HOWEVER THEY DECLINED MY OFFER TO REMOVE THE TRIM. IT WAS SCREWED IN. DON, THE OTHER INSTALLER, RIPPED OUT THE SCREWS SECURING THE TRIM AND RE INSTALLED THEM BY HAMMERING THE SCREWS BACK IN. HE DID THE SAME THING WITH THE ROLLERS. FOREVER WEAKENING THE WINDOW JAMS. I DID NOT APPRECIATE HIS POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.
