Description of Work: Good quality gutters, but had issues with cleanup and damage to landscape lighting caused by their ladders that took until June to finally correct, only after chasing them down. |In addition, I live in a heavily woooded area, and the gutter shutters are only marginally better than the previous product I had installed. They would probably be OK if installed on a house in an area of light to moderate tree density.

Description of Work: The measured the gutters one day, and then scheduled a date one week out to do the install. A crew of two showed up to install at our house and a neighbor's house. Both were easily installed in a day. Quality of product seems okay, and installation definitely was. Clean up was also good.

Description of Work: The sales rep visited on 3/17. He was very nice, explained the product well. Our problem is with the office personnel that told us the installer would be here Friday but wasn't even after 2 calls, no call on Monday until we called the office, but installer arrived Tuesday. Communication was not good. Install was fine, and they cleaned up nicely.

Description of Work: Friend recommended them. Sales pitch and price negotiations were tedious. Don't settle for the first, second, or even third price. After that was finished though, the rest of the story is nothing but positives. The product is high quality, the installers were on time and very responsive, and the finished job looks great and functions effectively. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for high end covered gutters.

Description of Work: They came for an estimate, but treated my wife with no respect. They did the old I will call my manager to see if I can lower the price trick. They also stated that the deal was good only for today which was infuriating. Even though I liked the product, because of their sales approach, we will not use them.

I SHOULD MENTION, I HAVE A RANCH STYLE HOME WITH GUTTERS ALONG ALL 4 SIDES, ABOUT 280 FEET WORTH. THIS IS PART OF THE EXPLANATION FOR THE HIGH PRICE. THEY DID USE ONE SALES METHOD THAT I DON''T REALLY CARE FOR. THE ''THIS PRICE IS GOOD FOR TONIGHT ONLY'' SALES TECHNIQUE. I LIKED THE PRODUCT ENOUGH THAT I WENT AGAINST MY NORMAL RULES, AND SIGNED UP ANYWAY. THE GOOD NEWS IS: MY BROTHER GOT A SALES CALL ALSO, AND DID NOT TAKE THE ''TONIGHT ONLY PRICE''. THEY CALLED MY BROTHER BACK A WEEK OR TWO LATER, AND HE GOT AN EVEN SLIGHTLY BETTER PRICE. THE PRODUCT IS DEFINITELY PRICEY, BUT I HOPE IT IS WORTH IT.
