Description of Work: We now have a beautifully finished basement to hang in with family and friends. From start to finish Wally and his crew did everything they could to give us exactly what we wanted. There were a few minor bumps but they were given immediate attention and we absolutely love our new space. I highly recommend the Finished Basement. :)

 + -1 moreThe experience was wonderful from the very start. When the salesman came out to the house he was there only 40 minutes not 3 hours like other companies. Their quote was different from the other companies we got bids from because they broke the pricing down so we knew what every item cost. The salesman said it would take 4-5 weeks to finish the basement and it took 4 1/2. After the first day we felt very comfortable leaving them alone in our home. They protected our brand new wood floors upstairs by putting paper on the floor, which we liked. The quality was good and the price was by far the cheapest bid we received. The best part was there was no surprises at the end of the remodel. The final draw was exactly what we thought it was. We did upgrade the carpet though.
Description of Work: They finished our basement with everything except painting. We painted ourselves. They installed a bathroom, game room and media center in the basement with a wetbar.

 + 0 moreApparently, the company subcontracts some of its services and, as a result, the overall project management is horrible. The contractors did an excellent job of putting up the studs and electrical. After the drywall was installed, their attention to detail plummeted drastically. They did not keep track of a shut-off valve and had to cut through the drywall to find it, forcing me to repaint. They also forgot to install my baseboard heat with the rest of the electrical. So, instead of cutting another hole in the drywall to run the baseboard lines with the other electrical, they drilled holes through my exterior to run a conduit outside of my home to the circuit box located in my garage. I am still fuming. If the contractor had managed the project correctly, I would have given them an A+ on their work.
Description of Work: The contractors finished the majority of my basement at approximately 750 square feet. This included studs, drywall, electrical and carpeting. To conserve costs, I painted the basement myself.
