Description of Work: The person who cleaned our carpets was very professional and paid attention to detail.

Description of Work: Don't call these folks, unless you want to be disappointed. My initial phone call was wonderful, I thought this service would be just perfect to make us feel we were moving into our new home with clean carpets. The carpets were in good shape, the house was empty, but there was significant black marks around the borders where the carpet meets the wall. And knowing I was moving my family including 2 kids, into a new house I wanted to peace of mind knowing the carpets were clean, since we could not affort to replace them right away. The phone gal did say it was unlikely they'd be able to get that out, but we scheduled the whole house, over 3500 sq feet, to be cleaned. The morning of the appt, my mom was here as I was not in town yet, and the tech called me before starting work. He told me they'd give everything a 'once over' which SHOULD HAVE ALARMED me, a once over is not how I would ever describe a quality cleaning. He also up-sold me telling me 2 rooms were oversized and so had to be charged as two rooms EACH, and them sold me on some 'protective spray' for the whole house. It sounded like it would work out well. In about an hour after we hung up, the 2 men were LEAVING my house, done with their job. They used an 18 inch wide wand for the cleaning, about as wide as my home vaccuum. I felt that they did not spend enough time to do any kind of quality job. I can't vacuum the house in an hour, how on earth could they apply water and suck it up? Well they didn't. I called the manager and expressed my frustration. He said "well do your carpets look clean?". I said they were already looking fine, and you must not do much cleaning yourself, because it takes TIME and how could you charge me $500 for 1 hour of 1 guy spraying and 1 guy applying another coating. I felt they could not have even touched all the sqare footage in the house and my mom confirmed they basically ran through, and clearly were not committed to quality. After a couple calls to the owner, he agreed to send someone else back to re-do the job at no charge. And I was offered a 2nd cleaning later for real cheap, NO THANKS! Teasdale Fenton you will never be in my house again.

Description of Work: After spending $130 , I had to get someone else in 2 days later that took care of the problem. He left my carpets soaking wet and stiff. My tech was in a hurry as he had many customers after 4 PM. He left so fast resulting in an 18" tire depression in my yard that now has to be seeded and filled. -Wet carpets , tire depression and a musty smell in the closet that was rectified 2 days later by someone more reputable.

Description of Work: They cleaned our second level and stairs. Very thorough and quick, the carpets looked like brand new afterwards.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in 5 areas, all Air Ducts cleaned. They did a great job with the air ducts, very happy with that. The carpet cleaning, not so much, we paid for the extra stain guard and almost 2 months later and our carpets are worse than they were before. I would use them for air ducts, NOT for carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Our sump pump stopped working and the basement flooded. Teasdale Fenton was at our house within a couple of hours. They were very courteous and did an excellent job drying out the basement. They even fought for us with our insurance adjuster that the carpet needed to be replaced.
