They showed up quite late for the Air Duct Cleaning, but other than that everything went well. The individual that cleaned the carpets was outstanding.

I had Teasdale come and clean my carpets and air ducts prior to me moving into a new house. They came the week before I moved in and did a very good and quick job cleaning the carpets, and were able to do payments over the phone when I was unable to be there physically at the end. For the air ducts I was physically present, and the service person cleaning the air ducts went through and explained exactly what he was doing, where he would be cleaning and how and was very fair in his recommendations.

When I made the appointment for the cleaning the only thing I was told was to vacuum the carpets before the cleaner arrived. The agreement from Angie's list said that light furniture moving was included. When the tech arrived and we looked over the job he made no mention of things on the tables. HE MOVED NO FURNITURE but because I was in the kitchen staying out of the way I did not realize this until he was finished. When I questioned him he said they move no bedroom furniture and he did not move anything else because of the "breakables". Had he told me this when he first arrived I could have quickly taken care of the situation as my tables are light and easy to move. This company had 3 chances to tell me what was expected and they did not. Two days after the work was done I was checking my email and saw that they had sent an email the day before the work was done that gave me the information about moving things off of the tables. I am a senior and do not check my email every day. The final result was that carpet in the middle of my rooms was cleaned. I would not hire this company again.

The professional that came to conduct the cleaning was thorough and courteous. He explained the whole process and provided advice on when I would need them cleaned again. I noticed an immediate improvement in air flow and circulation in my home.

Great! I have them come out once every 6-9 months to deep clean carpets. Always on time and professional. Carpets look great after they leave.

My house required special equipment that they do not carry on the truck. They came back two days later. Both times they were on time and efficient, which is very important to me as I have to miss work to be at home.

Process of cutting holes in my ducts to vacuum out the dirt was not explained upfront. They did patch the holes but now I’m worried my heat and a/c will not be as efficient. It’s also unattractive.

Work was excellent. I even received pictures afterwards of the clean ducts. Very professional service...would use them again.

Technician did his magic and it looks like nothing ever happened. We were very thankful. So while he was there, I asked if he could do stairs--always so hard to keep and get clean. Beautiful job! Electronics company paid all but stairs.

the gentleman was super friendly, did a fantastic job and was on-time. The only thing that is tough for me about Teasdale-Fenton is the price. It's always a little high for me. I would like to use them more often but it is financially difficult to do that for our family. The gentleman that was there that day was awesome and did a great job!

It went well! The technician explained the process to include showing me how vacuum system worked, and how he would work from the main floor of the home to the basement. Before and after filter reviews by me were completed...an eye opener to see the amount of dust collected!

No work got done because the carpet cleaning "professional" and I use that term loosely, spent an hour of my time telling me why this or that couldn't be done. He wanted to clean only the parts of the carpet that could be seen without moving any furniture but wanted to charge me for cleaning the entire room. He said he wasn't allowed to move any furniture. I told him I had just had rods put in my back as he stood there and watched me struggle to move a bookcase to another room. He was absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in the service industry. As I was trying to move a bench by myself, a candle fell off and broke and I was getting really frustrated with him because he couldn't lift a finger to help me (the leg got caught in a grout line in the tile). He then announced that he wanted to leave and I told him that I thought that was a great idea

Everything was great. They did a great job. It just we don't have any carpet now. We got tired of looking at it so we tore it all out instead of getting it cleaned.

Called with questions about the Angie's List Storefront offers and the person who answered the phone couldn't answer any questions and had no idea what the Angie's List storefront offers were - Wanted me to read them to him - FYI: You might want to train the person answering the phone about your Angie's List storefront offers if you are not going to have a sales rep/ manager in the office

We've had a relationship with them. They did a nice job for us. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. A follow-up home inspection of the property indicated the duct cleaning was very thorough. The technician took the time to show me what one of the ducts looked like. I could not believe what was in those ducts!
