I have used this company in the past. They have been very professional. They showed up when they said they would and were very friendly and gave me tips on getting stains out for the future. The price was good and I will continue to use them in the future.

The technicians arrived in the early part of their time window. They were very friendly. They did a great job of explaining the process and completing the work. We would recommend their service to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went just fine. I paid more than the Big Deal price because I said I needed some deodorizing in just one part so that was a little extra cost.

I purchased a Big Deal for air duct cleaning. A Saturday appointment was available the week I called, which was great. The crew arrived on time and went right to work and finished in about two hours. It's difficult to tell with air duct cleaning just how good a job was done, but it does seem like air flow is slightly better after the service. My only complaint is that I discovered after the crew had left that one wall was scraped near the air return (as if the return cover had scraped against the wall while being removed/replaced), and another vent cover was covered in dirty fingerprints, and the (newly painted) wall around the return also had significant smudges. I'd probably still hire them again in the future, but I'd pay a lot more attention to the work areas before they left.

Did a very good job. I could tell the difference in how my home smelled after the work was complete.

I and other alumnae make up the House Corporation which supervises all cleaning and repairs of a college sorority (Delta Delta Delta) We have used this Teasdale Fenton for the last 3 years, and have been VERY impressed with the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The last crew we used was lead by Cory, and we would like to thank him personally for providing above and beyond service.

I bought a Big Deal from Angie's List for $199.00. Teasdale Fenton called me the same day to set up my appointment. They came out a week later. It took two very nice technicians about an hour and a half to clean all the return air ducts and registers. I had never had this done before and we built our home 35 years ago. We have always had a dog and two cats, so I figured they would be plenty dirty. The main reason I wanted them cleaned was because of the dust. I could dust the furniture in my bedroom and two days later, I could write my name in the new accumulated dust! I purposely dusted well before they came so I could observe the difference. Yes, dust still accumulates, but what once took 2 days before I could write in it, now takes 2 weeks! I am a happy camper! I told my daughter how pleased I was, and she said she would love to have it done as a birthday present! Now, there's a gift idea for the person who has everything!

I am pleased with the service. The team arrived and performed the work as promised. All ceiling, floor and return vents were removed and cleaned with compressed air. The dryer vent was cleaned from both directions and vacuumed inside the home. All furnace duct passages were cleaned as well. The technicians were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would use this service again.

Although a little late in arriving, the techs were polite, thorough, efficient, willing to answer all questons amd cleaned up upon completion. Very satisfied with the overall company service and workmanship. Will use in future and recommend to friends.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They did not clean up after themselves that well. they had to tape off all the vents in the house and they left the tape up on some of them. That was not too cool, but they were early for the appointment.

They took their time and answered all my questions. They were fast and efficient! The crew was wonderful! They even showed me the inside of the ducts. I would hire them again for sure, the crew and company! I was very comfortable having the crew in my home. I can't say enough good things about them!

Went well, they were replaced by our landlord as the manager of our unit, but up to the point this changed. Convenient rental payment system - reasonable response to issues after we moved in.

The guys arrived at the appointed time, explained the procedure and went to work. The workers were very professional and polite. The work took about 1 hour, they cleaned up behind themselves, packed up and left! It was a very good experience, my allergies have improved and I would hire them again!

They did the work in a very timely manner. They first gave me an estimate which I appreciated. They stuck to their price they quoted me. There was a scent coming from the basement and they even came back no questions asked and got rid of the smell. They left blowers in there for the aroma and did not charge me to come back out. They put a good scent in the basement for me. They scheduled this work totally at my convenience. I was totally impressed by all of the people I communicated with within this busienss. I first dealth with Arthur, he is an ace. Adam and Steve were very good also. All of the gals I spoke with were great- (big kudos for the call center). This company got the job done. My sister knows all and she referred me to them, and it paid off, they were great.

I contacted Teasdale to clean my air ducts and returns as I had not done this in my house since moving in. It needed it badly. At first there was some confusion regarding payment, they did not know we had purchased the coupon from Angie's List and charged us again in error, but the staff was very helpful and reversed the second charge right away. When they got to our house they were professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job and my boyfriend was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them, and use them in the future if we have a need.

Easy to schedule with. Although they did re-schedule after we had it set up. They called to confirm and showed up on time. People who came to the house were professional and friendly. They explained what they did when they were done. I purchased the big deal for $199. They charged me an additional $26.24 - tried to charge me the $199 but I showed them I had already paid that part.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The two gentlemen were very professional and did a really good job. There were no problems. They got in and did the job and got out of there. They explained what they were going to do and cleaned up when they were done. I didn't compare prices and I'd never had it done before.

carpets took at least 2 days to dry. The carpet didn't really look any better after cleaning. Dirty water from cleaning drained on driveway. The technician was nice and professional while there.

They did a good job. Showed me all that had come out of the vents. When i asked them, they also took the time to out the cheesecloth I had purchased in front of all the vents too keep any remaining dust out of the house...since I was having my hardwood floors recoated the next day. I would use them again.

The service went very well, they worked hard, they were quick and efficient, and you could tell the ducts were cleaned because of all the pet hair they removed.

Did a good job overall, but ruined experience. I wound up missing medication, 2 percocet tablets.
