Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration

It went great with Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. I gave it to my son and daughter-in-law and they were very happy. Their pricing seems fair. They did not have any problem with resposiveness.

It turned out well. They seem to be dedicated and efficient in getting the job done. We had one connection that was not hooked up properly and they corrected it. It was a competitive price. The work seem to be done thoroughly.

Personnel were professional & timely. I wasn't sure what end results to expect, but we immediately noticed a difference.

A two person crew showed up on time (after calling us in advance to confirm their arrival). They were very polite and professional. Explained the procedure and did their work accordingly.

Dryer vent was restricted at outside vent on second story of home. Very professional and quick, clearing of blockage. Amazing how much faster and better the dryer performs now.

They were very professional, knowledgeable, they came at the exact time that they would, they explained what they were going to do and they cleaned up whatever they have done. I would recommend them to anybody. They did a great job.

House was built in1986. It was time to clean the ducts to eliminate whatever had accumulated since then.

Bill and Josh arrived on time and cleaned the ducts satisfactorily, as far as I know. It's not possible for me to see inside the ducts to ascertain just how clean they are. I was disappointed at the way they completed the job. Several of my registers were left unsecure or partially secured. They left dirt on the carpet and tile floor in several places. Also, I was surprised at how many holes they drilled into the cold air return of my furnaces. I hope the "special tape" they used to cover those holes really works. The biggest disappointment was that they damaged my wallpaper and broke a picture frame because they chose to snake their hose through the banister instead of going around to the base of the staircase and taking the hose up the unobstructed stairs. Worst of all is that they did not own up to having done the damage; instead they attempted to cover up their mistake. They attempted to secure the torn wallpaper back in place over the biggest hole, and set the picture frame upright and pushed the broken corner against the wall in an attempt to hide the break. They took their payment and a cash tip without ever saying a word about the damage they had done. I did not call Teasdale Fenton about my disappointment--I am not looking for monetary reimbursement for the damage done. But I would like to alert other consumers to the carelessness of these workers and discourage consumers from using Teasdale Fenton for duct cleaning in their homes.

Project went smoothly. Men were on time, efficient, clean and tidy. They covered all my belongings in the basement with plastic. They used an air cleaner to keep dust to a minimum. They finished in one day which was great for me. Electrician came the next day and hooked up the pump. I was very happy with their work and professionalism. The job was clean. No debris left behind.

Teasdale Fenton were very courteous on the phone and in person. It was very easy to set up an appointment around my schedule. When the technicians arrived and I showed them the furnace in order to perform a whole house air duct cleaning, they were incredibly honest and stated they wouldn't be able to perform an adequate cleaning due to my furnace being on the second floor in our condo. I truly appreciated their honesty and that they didn't just want to do a sub-par job and still take my money. I would definitely contact them again if the need arises.

The employees showed up promptly, explained how they would go about cleaning the ducts and got to work. The two gentlemen worked from room to room, cleaning out the ducts. When they were finished, they cleaned up any dust/dirt that was around the duct areas. The whole process took about an hour. Professional job! I will use Teasdale Fenton again.

They were ahead of schedule. Called before they arrived and I was to meet them. Work was completed in a short time.

They were really nice. They came out fairly quickly. They were not able to clean anything because I was going to use them for tile cleaning and they said that since the tile was so old, that they wouldn't commit because that would destroy the tile and I really really appreciate it. I remember that they were very helpful and got everything done and had some suggestions on certain things and they did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

We have used this cleaning company before. Just as easy as last time. Great job cleaning all the carpets in our condo and stairs

They did an excellant job. They were polite and did the job correctly. It looked better than I could have expected.

I no longer require the provider's service. the overall experience was fine and I look foward to a fast and convenient refund.

I had them in to clean the carpets and while they were there we notice that I had a carpet fringe where it met the linoleum in the kitchen. They on the spot said that they can fix that for me and they would give me a great deal then two weeks later they came out and fix it. They were awesome..

good job. The soiling was due to boiler overflow. Ater about 8-12 mos, the soiling returned, as expected it would, because the carpet cement was heated and contiues to show. I will have T F again to re-clean, I expect that it will take several cleanings to solve the proble.

I would give the customer service rep / appointment setter a "F"...she was extremely rude and tried to nickel and dime me every step of the way. She was completely unprofessional--would put me on hold for 10 mins at a time b/c she claimed she had to seek manager approval to "override" /"waive" the extra charges. Ridiculous! I would give the guys who actually performed the service a B+. They were on time, prepared, and very knowledgable. Even though the guys who did the work were fine, I would not use this company again b/c the initial set up (appointment) was such a nightmare!

The actually cleaning service was fine but I had several problems with the scheduling and appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 9/5 but they called to say they needed to push it back to later in the day. I ended up having to cancel it because thy were so late. It was rescheduled for 9/11 Appointment was originally booked twice and when I called to say I was scheduled twice, they said they did not have a record of second appointment. They ended up showing up 9/9 and I happened to be home so they did the work then. To me, part of what you are getting with a company who provides a service is customer service!

Went great. The workers were very courteous and right on time. They explained everything that they would be doing to the ducts. They were also very respectful of our home.

They arrived on time and they were pretty professional and they did a good job for me.

I got an Angie's list deal 15 vents, 1 return for $223. . I had 12 vents coming off the furnace/air conditioner but 5 return vents which they counted. I didn't expect them to count a vent on the return since the vent is directly on the return. When one of the technicians began removing the vents's my carpet was over the baseboard vent screws, which meant they could remove the vent if they sliced the carpet, that wasn't advised, so they taped off those vents, but didnt clean them. I was still expected to pay for the extra vents, why when nothing was done? I understand this wasn't teasdale's fault, but I don't think I should have been charged for the additional vents. The vents they did clean, I wasn't very impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning. They sprayed compressed air into the vents they could remove and the hose may have gone in six feet at most. On the return vents, they used a brush looking tool, but again, maximum of six feet. Not quite sure where they got those pictures on the deal, but nothing like that was provided to me. The one technician seemed to be more interested in selling their carpet cleaning service so he could get extra commission. The younger tech who seemed to be the supervisor was very professional. Sorry i couldn't be more positive on the review.

Everything went great! They were on time, courteous and efficient! They were even great at doing the suggestive selling that I'm sure was required by their boss. They gave me information on other services, but then were not pushy at all when I declined. Would definitely use them again!
