Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration

Unable to perform service due to the type of system that I have and lack of room for them to properly drill holes. Team was upfront and honest about capabilities. Discussed options and determined that the easiest time to do this for me would be when furnace is replaced and that is not far away. Only issue I had was that there was sloppy weather and I had to point out to the crew that they should put protective booties on their feet. They then went out to the vehicle to get them. This should be an automatic procedure when workers come into a home.

The gentlemen that came out were extremely fast and courteous. They were able to clean 3 separate floors as well as stretch the carpet in one hallway in an hour. I've never had someone come in and clean the carpets that quickly. With that being said, I didn't notice a difference in the look of the carpet after it was cleaned. There were still spots left that I was able to later get out myself, which was discouraging. We hired this company to complete the work so that we could ready our house to place on the market. I now need to hire someone else to come back out and re-clean the carpet. Very disappointing experience.

Overall they were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration turned out very well. We were very pleased. They were prompt, professional and informative.

They did a wonderful job. They explained everything before starting, asked questions when needed, and were very tidy with their clean up. Afterwards, they showed me the larger particles that were collected from our ducts (it was quite a bit). Our air flows much more freely now and I have noticed less dust.

The representative from Teasdale Fenton advised us that our furnace was not set up for this service. They were very professional and helpful with other suggestions.

The original appointment was for 1-7-2014 @ 11am-1pm. They called on 1-4-2014 to confirm the appointment date & time. This morning @ 7:50 am, they called and asked if it would be alright to come earlier (because they had a cancellation)......so they arrived at approx. 9am and finished in about 1.5 hrs The serviceman and his assistant were very polite,informative, and did a thorough job. The serviceman was Mark Callahan (HVAC Manager). I will refer them to my friends and will use them again.

Very friendly, quick and professional. Walked me through everything they were doing. This type of cleaning requires holes to be made in the ducts near the furnace, and they explained to me where these would go, and how they would be patched afterward. Overall, great job. Very happy and will use them again.

The service provider did not get the dryer vent completely clean during the 1st visit. They came back a 2nd time and got it clean. There was no additional charge for the 2nd visit.

I wrote $199 because that was the Angie's List "Big Deal" we purchased, but our service ended up being free! Even though there was a problem-- serious scheduling mishaps with the first crew, Widmer's certainly made things right to say the least. First, that initial crew is "no longer with the company." Second, they not only gave us a full refund, but we got a free (!!) and very thorough cleaning done with a different crew, including the manager himself. It proves they will do what it takes to maintain their reputation.

Came in punctually and did the work professionally. Was courteous. We will use this provider again in the future.

They were prompt, professional and very effective. Areas that I have not gotten clean in some years look great, and I will definitely call them next time.

I used Cleaned out all ducts and sanitized as well. Would highly recommend. Well worth it and they did not try to push extras. They gave wonderful advice for maintenance as well.

The two gentlemen, first backed into the wrong driveway of the house across the street, so I am glad I visually spotted them and got their attention. Other than that, the workers were kind and efficient. I did not stand over their them while they did their jobs, so I took their word for grant it. They did explain that after cleaning air ducts that I would need to redust-run the sweeper- reclean the house for any left over debrey. That would benefit from the cleaning. An they were correct on that part. But the debrey was not heavy nor hard to clean off of furniture etc. Having a small home, the workers were here for just alittle over an hour and clean up after themselves. So I am happy with Teasdale Fenton and the staff.

The service turned out fine. Scheduling was good, I called them and they were able to get me an appointment in the time frame I wanted. Two or three technicians came out to complete the service and they cleaned up after themselves. I thought their pricing was reasonable as I received another estimate which was higher.

There were two cleaners, arrived promptly, explained the process and asked if I was interested in anything additional. They were courteous and polite. I purchased Scotch guard protection, although the application was very quick and didn't seem to thoroughly cover the area, I paid for it. Unfortunately, traffic areas did reappear, but I don't know if that was my fault or cleaning was too quick. Very nice company...and responsive.

The service went very well. We ended up spending additional money to have more ducts cleaned then were included in the deal. Scheduling was easy and they were willing to come out before I could even be here!

The carpet areas w/ the heavy traffic and dirt were tough to clean. Just too worn. But he did a great job and there is definitely an improvement in the appearance. Was very knowledgeable and professional.

I bought a Big Deal for my daughter, because I had purchased one for myself, and was pleased with the work. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The young men were professional and friendly.

As my furnace and air ducts are not like most homes, they were somewhat hampered to do a total and complete job. They did however get the most of the dirt that was trapped in the ductwork out. They had to go through the duct work and air vents. My home is a modular and has the duct work is under the house and is not accessible through the furnace, like most homes. I am pleased with the end result, as there seems to be so much less dust in the air.
